It is a good thing, I think, because I have learned that since we moved to Virginia 2 years ago, I get no satisfaction out of life unless I am focused on a specific set of goals. Those goals revolving around social justice issues, specifically helping combat veterans get their promised benefits, helping homeless veterans get medical care and get back on their feet, and reaching out to suicidal veterans. Side quests involve exposing police corruption at the local level and on up to the FBI / CIA / NSA etc. These things cant be done anywhere but in America. The one time when tyranny and corruption works in my favor, I guess. My wife helped me understand that if we had moved to Canada, we would have been safer, but bored to tears.

I was involved with the New Hampshire Free State Project back in 2005 but eventually found their "all talk no action" routine lame, so we left New Hampshire for Montana. Recently, the Cop Block group kicked off in grand style, and they are making SPECTACULAR progress in Manchester New Hampshire, so we will be moving back to New Hampshire next spring. I guess at this point I am going down with the ship, or the very real possibility that New Hampshire or Vermont secedes from the union, a new day will dawn.
I grew up in New Hampshire and it's probably one of the better states in the union. the only downfalls are the winter weather and lack of decent nightlife/social scene. It's a great place to live if you already got a steady girlfriend or wife, and want to raise a family or what not. IT sucks living there if you are under 21 or a single guy cause as stated previously it is very hard to meet decent looking women there, most are fat or over weight. However, it is still a majority white state with only a very small minority percentage living in the state and most of them are concentrated in Manchester or Nashua. Personally, I would stay away from the Manchester area. The liberal social experimentation has turned it into a mini Lowell MAssachusetts type atmosphere, lots of crime in comparison to the rest of the state. It's better to live in one of the smaller towns or cities. I don't think New Hampshire would secede from the union, I'm not sure there are enough independent minded people living there cause many of the Massholes have moved there to the southern part and influenced the government to try turning it like Massachusetts. Although, they are failing I think. I hate people who move away from their f***ed up states then go and try voting in the same leftist democrat wackos that have ruined states like Massachusetts! I know Vermont has a clause in it's constitution that it can secede at any time and be it's own country or merge with Canada. It actually was a separate country for a short time before deciding to join the union. But Vermont is probably one of the worst wannabe socialist states and has the leftists from New York and Massachusetts living there so they have a lot of nanny state dopey laws, plus it's expensive to live there in comparison to New Hampshire. If you have to live in New England New Hampshire is by far the best state. Maine is okay too but not as good cause they still have some liberal tendencies and the government has been trying to force Somali refugees down the peoples throats there, so you have those muslim people from a desert part of Africa living in Maine! WTF?!?

Anyways, if you need any advice about New Hampshire just PM me. I can provide suggestions if you are still deciding where to live. I grew up in the southern part near the border of Massachusetts, so I'm most familiar with that area, around Nashua and Manchester and towns around there.
Okay hold up a second... You have a problem with Vermont's ambition to be a "Nanny State" recently passing Single Payer Universal Health Care? Compared to the Status Que I'll take what Vermont is doing. They also trying to shut down aging Nuclear Plants and eliminate it all together if I they could.

We have Cowboy Capitalism how is that working out? Eventually America will become more like Europe because that's what the people demand and when technology starts replacing several low paying jobs creating a massive unemployment problem around 2025, who's going to be in a better position? Not these crazy Republican lead States who pass things like banning Sharia Law...
I've got more of a libertarian mindset and I prefer to just take care of myself minus what the supposed Demicans and Republicrats are promising to the people. It's two card monte; they are essentially bought and paid for by the same special interest groups and corporations, they just go about things in different ways. I believe in limited government and self-sufficiency. The reason why people are clamoring for government intervention in everything is that they have been slowly conditioned towards that agenda since the 1960s. I left the USA mainly because of how the government is turning the place into a police state and extreme litigious society where one can break a rule or law and get sued or pay a fine on almost anything nowadays. I have no interest to live in that type of an environment so I moved overseas where I have more personal freedom and have more control over my personal life and family decisions. And I have succeeded in staying here for over 7 years now, and I don't plan on going back anytime soon. For all the bitching and complaining on this board about what-not and wanting to move and live overseas, few have accomplished this as of yet, there are very few Americans who can claim that feat. Women come second to my reason for moving, but personal freedom is number one for me. Vermont is a socialist type state run by hippies and burn outs. If that is what you like then be my guest and move there. I'm personally not in favor of progressive or neo-con politics, you're just making a blanket statement against what I said based on your own opinions about what would be supposedly great for a society to do and have. Besides that post wasn't even meant for you in the first place.

We'll it's good to know someone else is a Libertarian on this forum, Mr S. Your views are pretty much identical to mine. I think America is becoming more of a police state every year, with a nanny-like government breathing down everyone's neck and civil liberties pretty much disappearing right before our eyes. Anyway, your points about New Hampshire are pretty interesting. I have heard about the Free State project you mentioned as well. Is New Hampshire really a sanctuary from all the nonsense going in the rest of the country, or is it starting to resemble the other states surrounding it like Massachusetts and Vermont? If not, then rather than going overseas, I may look into moving to New Hampshire as a second option. The only problem is, New Hampshire is not exactly a singles mecca nor is it brimming with many Asian people up there, so I might feel a little out of place.

Actually, djfourmoney, what we have in the United States is crony capitalism not cowboy capitalism as you have stated. But, I think one thing we can both agree upon whether Liberal, Conservative, or Independent is that the American government with the exception of a very few minority, are not interested in representing the true interests of the people anymore. It's a lost cause to me and not worth fighting over in trying to change the government because unless there is some kind of armed resistance from the public (which BTW, will never happen), nothing will change.

@DJ IV Money,

I feel that tall American women's no. 1 compliant is the height complex. They have to have a man whom is two inchers taller (due to wearing pumps) than she or it's a no-go for them.

I lived in Canada for six months without a visa. They pulled me over to secondary when I first entered and I said I was just visiting even though my car was full enough to block the windows. Then I went to the US twice and got the second degree but got back in both times. I even got a bank account. They are basically paranoid about Americans coming in and working in Canada.

If Canada is so worried about Americans working in Canada, why did I hear so many Canadians saying "I hope to find work in America". Canadians, bless their little hearts, seem to adhere to a feminist-like dogma that grants them the God given right to work in America...but don't any of you stinky Americans DARE to think you can come to Canada for anything other than spending your money. Canadians are a strange lot.
How to deal with newbies that talk much but do little.

Pics or it didn't happen.

YES/NO

Cool story, bro.

I just visited NH for a week because I was thinking of moving there. Mostly because of the libertarian mindset of the state. It is definitely beautiful country there. Mostly friendly people, except I wasn't too impressed with Manchester. It looked like that is where all the riff-raff lived.

The hottest girls I saw where in downtown Keene. I couldn't believe I was in the USA from how hot they where on average. I'm pretty sure if I had gone to college in NH, I would have been married by now. NH is also the 2nd least religious state, which would have suited me just fine.

So Mr. S, did you have any experiences with good girls in NH growing up?

That's correct. I noticed for the first time Law Jackon's Wife Alona is taller than him, she just had their baby girl a few weeks back. Alona was a Ukrainian woman looking specifically for a Black Man...

That typically doesn't happen here. Bill Gates is taller than his wife. Danny Devito is about the same height as his wife Rhea, they both short.

I sort of don't blame them, it doesn't very masculine in public when your visible taller than your man...

However with that said, the really short women (under 5'4) should not be demanding men 6'0+ tall, but men closer to their height.

For me this is not an issue I am over 6'0 (about 6'1)

Just curious, why is it all minorities with you? I grew up in L.A. lived in Encino, Glendale, Long Beach. I did spend the first 9 years of my life in Anaheim (Once again mostly hispanics).

As a white guy I was the minority in those area's.

And you should have no problem getting any girl you want in the LA County area as a 6'1" Black Guy, who's probably well built at that height.
Well from a Middle Class lenses I would expect a post like this. Maybe I'm getting more militant in my 40's, but I'd hate the thought of just minding my own business only to become a victim that's my main concern and what fuels my outrage over murder of innocent Black Men. The London Riots was started over the protest of a Police shooting of an unarmed Black Man they claimed was armed. When it was found out they lied, he wasn't armed and had no explanation for it, just proves once again in Anglo/Western Culture a Black Man's life isn't worth shit.

Why do White People assume when they live among other minorities they don't see any problems? Are you hanging out on every corner? The OC is basically quiet compared to say East LA or the Lakewood area. The drama zone in the OC is Santa Ana, not Anaheim.

Any girl I want huh? Should I mention I am a DJ too and have had residents in some of the largest clubs in LA/Hollywood? My social life is a bit complicated. I have taken myself off the market because I'm unemployed. But before that I worked in a male dominated company selling auto parts. Not really a place to meet women. Because I sort of don't give a f**k, I live at home. That's another strike. I don't know what it is, but I always seem to attract smart women that don't fall for the drag and bullsh*t some other women seem to take from people I know. Something is off around here, but maybe its because I really allow women to be aggressive and I'm not aggressive with them. I have been aggressive with women off and on, gotten one night stands out of it, pulled college co-ed's, etc, etc. Maybe I'm lazy and don't like chasing women, I like women that want to be caught, the least amount of effort involved the better.

I was also never one of those guys that just went into a club and hit on ten different women until one said yes.

Who knows, I've spent a good part of my life analyzing it, sort of done with that. Time to get married, getting aggressive with that, its working...

Actually, I would take the riots to mean that people thought his life was worth shit. Otherwise, why would so many people be rioting about it. And it wasn't just blacks rioting. Admittedly, once the rioting started, the people participating towards the end where just in it for the excitement.

BTW, if you really want to get rid of the police harassment, you should be against the War on Drugs. That has locked up more blacks than just about anything. Plus most drug convicts never committed violent acts.
