Forum "Lounge" - Everything goes!
This is a thread I've had in mind for quite some time.

I had seen these on other boards and had wanted to see one like this on the HA forum. My intention for this Lounge thread is to be a place where topics generally related to everything and life, but not specifically related to existing threads, nor merit their own thread(s), can be posted.

To that end I expect that this thread will pretty much take a life of its own meandering back and forth and that is perfectly fine. Think of it as a "status update" (as bad as that sounds) for those times when you have something in mind that just needs to get out there. Everyone is welcome.

Billy,
Um, a forum lounge is usually a section or board, not a thread. We already have a general discussions board. Usually a forum lounge is for light topics, not for anything goes.

This is a silly suggestion. We already have a general discussions board.

Also, you should have posted this in the suggestions board, not here.

Man, you made a ton of errors in one post. lol

Actually I copied this concept from Rosh forum.. And there it is a thread. It is meant as "status".

Btw did you know that he is a turk? Not that´s important.

So I will make the start:

Today the forum was really boring. And I think the last weeks with my posts and discussions were very entertaining at least for me. But lately things are really boring. Ok, I didn´t post much after the banning and people hating me because of to much silly posting.

Anyway, truth is at least today the forum was dead. I would like to see more vivid discussions. Actually, Repatriate killed all the flow. It feels like any other forum.

Don´t you miss our lively discussions even it was childish?

Anyway, let´s see.

The Asian Basketball Confederation Championship was inaugurated in Manila in 1960. The championship was held to find Asia's best team and for qualification to the World Championship and the Olympics. On the next four tournaments, the Philippines won 3 with the Japanese beating the Filipinos on 1965. Korea, Japan and the Philippines split the next 3 championships until China debuted on 1975 at Bangkok with the championship, where they've dominated ever since.

There were only four instances where China didn't win the championship since then: in 1986 when the Philippines won; in 1997, when the Chinese complained at Riyadh's climate; the loss to South Korean Nationals in 2007 and when the Chinese sent their "B team" since they've already qualified for the Olympics by virtue of their hosting, and in 2009 when Iran defeated a full-strength Chinese team in Tianjin to become the first team since the Chinese to successfully defend the championship

Medals:

1 China 15 1 2 18
2 Philippines 5 2 1 8
3 Korea 2 11 10 23
4 Japan 2 5 7 14
5 Iran 2 0 0 2
6 Lebanon 0 3 0 3
7 Chinese Taipei 0 2 2 4
8 Jordan 0 1 1 2
9 DPR Korea 0 1 0 1
10 Qatar 0 0 2 2
11 Saudi Arabia

The arabs bride will read this magazine:

http://muxlim.com/blogs/Muslimness/ala- ... -magazine/

Âlâ Dergi is Turkey's answer to the UK’s Vogue magazine

The fashion forward magazine, Âlâ Dergi, is becoming one of the most recognised Turkish publications despite its relatively recent debut in June 2011. Prevailing as a prospective market leader for Turkish women, the magazine specialises in modest Muslim style and trends.

Âlâ, (pronounced ‘Aa Laa’) is an Arabic derivative term meaning "superb, excellent" and is certainly a fitting name for an emerging frontrunner. The buzz surrounding the anticipated release of the modest style magazine saw a growth to over 70k on Âlâ’s Facebook fan page, notable Turkish press coverage and being stocked in elite Turkish bookshops. Not a bad feat considering the otherwise young age and new status of the magazine.

This was a while ago, though:

A German teacher had been sent to jail for 5 YEARS and had completed the FULL SENTENCE.

Now, as it turned out, the BITCH (a colleague) had INVENTED the entire story to GET HIS JOB.

Nice lifestyle. Maybe I should give it a shot:

"If I was a Thai guy i'd get a girl to fell in love with me then pimp her out to tourist's in Pattaya for some good baht. It's like a way of life for these guys. Don't do shit all day while the women go and f**k 10 guys a day to support me while I blaze some weed and get drunk on some cheap whisky. You know how many chicks I saw crying over there Thai man because they drink, smoke and generally don't do shit all day while she sells her p***y for 500 baht? Too many
