This is one of my favorites because it tastes so like real cheesecake! The best ones use basically the same recipe as for normal cheesecake except the sugar is replaced with artificial sweetener. This means you can basically use any recipe you want. The crust is the only bit of the recipe that youâ€™ll have to change. Most crusts are made from graham crackers or some other substance that is high in carbs. To make low carb cheesecake, you can either omit the crust or else replace it with a crust made with almonds and butter. Simply food process the almonds so that itâ€™s in tiny pieces and then mix with some melted butter.
