I don't understand it. Why do American women say "I don't do feet" when I talk about how about a

I don't know how accurate this article is but it says in coutries in Latin America, Asia and India, women are usually barefoot, wear and generally have exposed feet. Women in these countries take good care of their feet. In India, feet are adorned with jewerly and art on them. Touching the feet of elders is also a sign of subservience and respect in India. So men admiring women's feet in these other countries isn't as taboo or weird as in the US. As for toe sucking, that's another story.
