Now it doesn't cost 60K a year to sustain two people. That is actually enough to fit the $13,900 a year of the $250K you would need (which is correct , on average) for one child.

Now to add another child, it is 1:1 so you would need another $14,000 roughly. Though studies have shown if you stagger your births, expenses tapper off a bit until their teenage years after infancy.

Wait, you plan on making on 30k a year but want a child that cost $13,900?

Does what you even asked make any sense?????

Here's what I MEANT to say.

1-2 years experience with MCDST. A+ and maybe Security + = 30K. Several jobs listed as such on Dice.com

I don't know any unemployed women... So....

Take in account her income. Likely about the same 30K-35K maybe more....

60-70K Gross, I'll have to do some more numbers if you want taxes, deductions and the like....

That's plenty for ONE child and quite a bit more... For another child, we would have to earn another $583 per parent (monthly).

Given a .5% increase in wages projected for 2013 and likely more, especially if the Euro crisis is sorted and I'd say about the time the first child is 3-4 we should be able to afford another one.

The economy will experience highs and lows but ultimately, the market is going to see its biggest crash ever.

The dollar was taken off the gold standard in the 1970s, this means that the dollar and other currencies around the world are trash. The dollar will continue to lose value. That's why the prices of gold and silver are going up.

I mean I don't have any answers for anybody as sometimes I can barely take care of myself but you seriously need to talk to a financial advisor who can write up a financial plan for you so you can pull this off.

Trust me, something like this needs incredible planning. There's no need doing this by yourself.

Did you really say Stock Options? My money is going nowhere near the market (its RIGGED) until there is a global standard on financial services, I'd say that is 2-5 years off at the most, about the time some of these banksters start getting put on trial/going to jail. The only safe investments are physical commodities (gold, silver, copper, etc).

Nobody said I wouldn't talk to somebody, I squandered 65K last time because I didn't know who to talk too. I have a much better idea now, now is not the time.

I am well aware of the current status of the US and Global Economy. Germany will be less impacted as it will do what it needs to stabilize the Euro before it looks any value below the dollar (which is worth about $.84).

Incredible planning? Not really just a few hours, MINT (https://www.mint.com/) and sticking to the budget which more than a few Americans fail at, I don't envision those problems with women outside our culture.

It will cover everything from start of the journey to my first born. After that, we'll see what happens.

Can this be done in a year (or two) yes! This very recent example -

I’m a Black American from L.A. and I’ve been living in Stuttgart, Germany since October 2009, so almost two years now. Why Germany? Well I met my fiancé online about five years ago (BlackPlanet…I know, don’t laugh!) The first year we were talking on the phone or emailing basically every day, the second year it continued but I finally flew to Germany a few times, flew her to L.A. twice and eventually the relationship progressed to the point where I made the decision to move there for a year or two, as the original plan was for her to move to California with me for the long-term assuming our relationship continued to work out

Also, she is Greek, not German although she has spent more than half her life living in Germany. For quite some time I had been very much open to living abroad. I had already done some traveling (Jamaica, throughout Mexico, Canada, Chile) but I had not yet been to Europe. I think I got a little burned out on L.A. life in particular being born and raised there and just kind of had an instinctual feeling I would enjoy living in another country. I just wasn’t sure which one. So, when things got serious with my girl, I decided to make that move.

From the same thread -

Someone asked if he was still with his girlfriend.... The answer

Yeah we're still together and have a beautiful 22 month daughter. Probably getting married next summer. She's actually in Greece right now on vacation.

I was highly encouraged by this and I have been mildly successful thus far not really attacking the web like I want too. To focus on getting my finances in order, I have stopped using sites and keep off of Yahoo and Skype. I was recently contacted by a Russian women I had been talking too on Skype on Facebook asking what happen to me. So these women aren't going anywhere anytime soon....

But then I looked at my account..... As of July, I am spending more than what's coming in. To make this work I will have to cut all spending. Since I have reached by weight lost goal (179lbs with clothes on, so about 177lbs naked) but don't quite have the muscle definition I would like, I will postpone weight lifting for the time being. It will cost me $35 or one month's fee to get out of my contract. That's better than spending $140 between now and the time I plan to leave... I need that money.

I need $300 a month to make this work. That is to cover air far and accommodations....

Budgets will covered in more detail on the blog.

I am using Blogger ATM because just log-onto Google and I can edit as much as want. They removed the ability to use Google Docs to edit/add blog entries, but some new software became available to fix that.

I know you hate Tom Leykis, but this video is a must-watch. I'm a huge Tom Leykis fan, and this is (in my honest opinion) his best session ever recorded.

I don't hate anything, I don't like his general attitude which ventures into individualism. Individualism is what is wrong with this country, the Black Community and got us into this mess to start with.

Even more of it won't solve anything. This rant is nothing new it goes back several years.

As I keep saying most of these suggestions coming from the MRA community are based on selfishness or repeating yourself, take your pick.

White Men have a jaded view of marriage and rightly so, but they keep beating their head against the wall in shockingly high numbers, turn to Pick Up Artist Boot Camps and just tuning out all-together by watching hours of porn or playing video games.

I'd wish you stop suggesting I didn't take a wider view of what my realistic options where. I have taken a wide view, remember I am not working I got plenty of time to mull over this stuff...

I don't agree with anything you've said above, but as far as the video goes, I thought it revealed a wide view of the reality of why marriage is non-beneficial for men. In fact, marriage is a "business", so to speak, that favors sexism against men. Something to think about. Sooner or later it couldn't hurt to ask yourself, "Is impressing my family with a wife REALLY worth any of this?"

Who said I was impressing my family??????? That never entered into the equation nor was it ever mentioned. This is MY decision period.

Why don't you agree, you can't hear the rampant individualism in almost all of Leykis' rants? I have listen to the show dozens of times, I got tired of it. I didn't learn anything other than callers saying the usual tripe about picking up women for random sex and trying to make themselves happy by being single.

I do agree with his overall premise about American/Anglo women but I ain't trying to hook up with one of those nor has it been mentioned in this thread which is getting tiresome.

You assume incorrectly that I hadn't listen to Tom's show on KFI, of course I have. The theme remained the same.

Marc Rudov has much more balanced, realistic view of marriage and relationships saying men allow the double standard while being bitch-made that presents most of the problems in relationships with American women.

Tom = Want a companion, find a girl that will live with you. Want sex, plenty of girls will have sex with you or put another way buy the milk but not the cow.

I refuse to jump back into the American Rat Race for broken-down ass bitches. If I was really desperate, its fairly easy to find some short, dark skinned pinay to play house with or some FOB Chinese girl.

You two fail to understand that I can date as much as I can stand in America as long as I troll at the bottom of the barrel. That is not an option it is full of BBW's and Over The Hill women you shouldn't try to have children with unless you like birth defects or pay for expensive IVF processes.

My biggest problem is not getting an American girl to mind, that's easy. The problem is only over 30 women want to talk to me and when I say over 30 I mean over 35 and I am not trying to have kids with a woman 35 years old. Nor would a quality woman accept me living at home with my parents.

Put those two factors together that makes it nearly impossible for me to date how I want. Besides I like European women better and want to live in Europe for awhile.

When you two have escaped this madness and have gained some perspective then you'll be able to say more than "Don't get married, its bad deal" and "Don't have kids they only prevent you from achieving your goals."

Right now your just two guys that have never left the country in any meaningful way and have a narrow myopic POV.

As I said this is getting tiresome really fast.

aozora13 wrote:90 Days? That is pretty soon. I am not even sure that a women that I talked to everyday and connect really well with over those months would want to tie the knot with me that quickly. I would say probably a year but 3 months is really short.

I have tried the IR websites. However, I am not sure if I am ugly (I have been loosing weight probably by late August I will be a good weight), write boring introductions, and/or the fact I am far away.

If I was able to find a nice European women in Germany (really tried) while I was in Vienna, I think possibly I could have stayed in the country.

Aozora several things here...

1) Are you absolutely sure about what you want? Do you convey that clearly?

What I want is marriage which means a confirmed, committed long term relationship. This is what MOST woman want. Some people around tend to forget that. They want to believe they are just out to rob you. I say it would be much easier to get you in a compromising position, put a gun to your head and demand all the access codes to your accounts... Alot less complicated, some men give too much credit to women...

You also aren't sure about having children. Most women want children, unless you make it a point to find another wishy-washy person you'll find that you being unsure about anything is problematic with women.

By putting financials at the top of the concerns list, you convey to women you worry about money issues. Not saying you need to be an enterprising soul to survive but if you feel you have the best chances to earn enough money to support a relationship then come to the US. Despite all the tails of woe around here, you can still do what you need to do and have an escape plan and most people unless you watch alot of media have no idea how dire the US situation is.

2) Why can't you seal the deal in 90 days and have a 6-9 month engagement? What in the world are you going to find out two or three years down the road? If you're shocked by something two or three years later that means you didn't ask enough questions in a matter that doesn't sound like an interrogation. One of the many things I agree with from Patti Stanger the Millionaire Matchmaker is not to turn a date into an interrogation or job interview. Most things will come out in the wash as they say, just listen to what she's saying. If you find something troubling confront her about it and don't think about "she'll be mad and withhold sex from me" that's unlikely to happen. If it does... Then I would drop her anyway because that means anything that would upset her would cause her to withhold sex from you = not good.

Any person with a high comfort level about any subject, meaning they don't believe your judgmental, will tell you all sorts of things. But honestly there are some things that should be left covered. For example you do really want to a woman to re-tell she was raped or something? If she is otherwise unaffected by it, its best left unsaid.

The truth of the matter is, there is no "standard" you should follow when it comes to love and commitment. It happens when it feels right, there is no time table and in that sense I would like the woman control when that happens. If she's ready to commit and you're decent at reading signals and body language, she'll let you know and when you pop the question you won't get an awkward response that you see and fear found on You Tube.

Its pretty obvious, when a woman starts talking about "We" constantly (without being prompted), that's is a pretty big hint.

Final Thoughts -

I can't predict how women react to you. While I have horrible luck inside America and frankly most of it is self-imposed: If I look long and hard enough I can likely find a woman here that accepts everything about me including where I live, no car and no job. Now with women overseas that automatically negates that argument to a certain degree until its established where you are going to live and shouldn't be discussed until you get to that point.

I am not sure why you had difficulty in Austria. I can say I don't find many profiles from native Austrian women looking for Black Men. I think people forget Austria was an Eastern Bloc country until the fall of the wall. It was accepted into the EU fairly quickly and is not what I would call a popular destination for Americans. When Americans think Europe, they think Paris and London firstly... Anyway I am not shocked the women that you actually connected with are in fact Germans.

You are not darker than some of the men I've seen on the success story part of the site, so I know that's not it. Now that your back in the US, I guess you can look for women overseas and since you have work experience in Europe its likely easier for you to get work once your a resident. You can become a resident on your own if you can find a job in the country you're in, its not hard. What I want is that EU passport, if a great woman comes with it, so be it but that's by far the EASIEST way to get one. We can exchange passports, she can get a US Passport as well. There are clear advantages to having BOTH.

By marrying a local give me residency. Are you concerned some morons on here would poo-poo that because you're not "Going Your Own Way" and you are somewhat dependent on the woman to give you residency? For me I have no moral problems with that because I wanted to marry a European woman anyway. I don't openly talk about these things with woman anyway, besides Why would an American be looking for residency status???? Don't we live in the greatest country on earth????

So again, 90 days to lock her in is plenty of time. Mark found Anna first trip, married her roughly a year after they met but that's because of INS and not them so much, she knew right away. This is not impossible and frankly only Anglo culture woman want to play games because the are encouraged to do so by the media...

Yes, I do want to get married. However, everytime, I tell the women that I am serious and that I want a committed relationship, the conversation breaks up after 3-5 emails between each other. Honestly, I guess I am afraid about being able to support the women if I was going to stay in the US. I think for raising a family and children (or child) to get a good education, Europe would be the answer. I believe although I am in my late 20s, I know that I am tired of games that women on websites play in a relationship. I do search on for women who want a serious relationship and I tell them that I will leave to be with them in a serious relationship and stay with them in Europe (Germany for example).

I guess for me I am okay at having children. However, I am thinking about if I am capable financially to raise them. I believe I do not have good writing skills to get them interested in me. I usually do explain I do want a serious relationship but not one that includes marriage soon. Probably if I mention this and make it clear that I want to spend the rest of my life with them, I believe that I will have a better response from most of them. So, I would make a intention known.

It is possible to find a woman who wants to spend their life with you in 3 months. Usually this woman has to be marriage-minded at this stage of her life and want to be okay with a guy she met very recently. I am okay with probably being engaged for several months and then getting married to her.

I am sort of wishy-washy about certain topics and I think I should mention this or if I find something odd I should question the woman on it. I believe definitely if the woman was from Europe, I think I can probably live on a low salary. I was able to do it while I was in Vienna on a Trainee's salary and able to fly around on vacation during my 25-day vacation time (I do envy this to the crap 10 day vacation in America).

I think for finding work is a little difficult. I think marriage is the easiest way to get a residence/working permit (spouse visa). Usually I think it is about 3 years marriage you can apply for a permanent visa. Overall, I would like to try to find a European woman who wants to get married and then we can stay and start a life. I feel pretty depressed after coming back to the US. Although, I had more success with non-Austrian women, I believe that if I had a nice girl and few friends in the area, I would be pretty happy there. It is more relaxed and less stressful in the US. Usually the women are pretty tolerable too and usually it is not English you hear either.

I was thinking about women in central Europe compared to go for Ukranian women. I know that with European women there is less immigration crap and if you want to move over there it is easier. I guess for me, I would have to get a police report in Austria and the US. Oh well, I will have to keep trying my luck.

Kind of jumping in here, forgive me if I mention some things already covered.

No wonder. Women get turned on by having to compete for their man. They want a man they have to work to get, not one who comes easy. They want to know that they might get disqualified, and they have to work to get you. Therefore, don't mention marriage. Instead, you should mention "trying to find the right person". Never pay them a compliment, just pay them attention. Look at them like they are interviewing for a job with you. They are!

I guess for me I am okay at having children. However, I am thinking about if I am capable financially to raise them.....

Stop thinking about it. Think about getting the right woman by eliminating all the others.

You're damn right you don't. So here's a couple of hints:
(1) Keep your online answers short and fun. Never explain. Don't answer questions thoroughly. Leave some mystery. Banter with them. You can use chat to practice. Don't expect them to fall for you, just keep try to keep the chat going for a bit. Just get them warmed up then take off. Just a tease.
(2) You will do much better in person, i promise.

aozora13 wrote:Probably if I mention this and make it clear that I want to spend the rest of my life with them, I believe that I will have a better response from most of them. So, I would make a intention known.

WRONG. See above. They do not want a man to determined to marry, they want to marry a determined man. Find something else you are passionate about, a career, and talk about that. Put the woman third in your life, after career and fitness. They like being put in their place. Feels cozy to them.

aozora13 wrote:I guess for me, I would have to get a police report in Austria and the US. Oh well, I will have to keep trying my luck.

Austria may be the one of the hardest places in the world to move to. Their system is specifically set up to keep people like you out. They do not want low earners, or people who want to leech off their social welfare system. So you need to establish a career first, before you go. Then you can look for work there.

Germany would be easier. If you can work online, or build up your own personal one-man business that you could do over there, you can get in. They just want to see that you are healthy and will be able to earn enough to buy health insurance (cheap) plus have a thousand dollars a month to live on. DJ will know this better than me.

Go here instead. Here are Tom Leykis's archives of the recordings he has done on marriage.

It's everything you need to know about why you shouldn't get married. Listen to every single one them.

http://www.leykisonline.com/recordings/ ... ge&x=0&y=0

On one of the recordings, he has currently married men speak on the air.

I just skipped your post because I'm not reading your nonsense ramblings.

I don't give a rat's ass what you say or think just listen to the goddamn material we gave you.

One more time -

I have listen to Tom Leykis several times since the mid 00's, he is not saying anything different. I have listen to his interviews of married men and all that sh*t its hasn't changed much over the years actually.

Stop believing I'm all brand new to relationship, wet behind the ears and apart of Gen Y.

I should skip your post you keep feeding me Tom Leykis as though he's some expert on the subject being married 4 times and divorced 4 times and where he had to plead no content to domestic violence.

+9999

Yes, dj, your constant rambling has become tiresome and illogical. Nothing you've said holds any merit, and you refuse to listen to the facts in the videos (or various other sources) from men who have experienced marriage and will openly tell you that it is a business that favors sexism against men.

Constant rambling? Illogical? You act as though I have not heard the constant ranting of unhappily married men, read countless news stores of starter husbands and all that stuff.

I've only mentioned this stuff a 1,000 times already. The search function is quite handy...

That said, what you two are talking about applies to American Women in Western/Anglo Society. I have not mentioned dating or marrying American Women. I said its possible but the reasons are not related to what you two constant harp about.

Finally, nobody told you to post in my thread, like I said what your trying to do is win an internet argument. When the facts are neither you have ever left the country or experienced women from other cultures in their natural setting.
