The richest man of ALL TIME was an African King by the name of Mansa Musa, who was worth 400 BILLION DOLLARS!!!

He was the king of the Malian empire in ancient Africa. Died in 1337.

Don't think this list is very accurate only because the world's richest family The Rothchilds don't publish their wealth and/or holdings. But the family is said to be worth in the trillions.
