That depends on who you are meeting or courting. It's not going to be my case, but if I were to look for a serious partner in the Philippines, I would be rather putting some effort in courting the beautiful daughter of a middle class family, rather than hitting easy lays with girls from decent yet destitute families. Look no further than Outwest for an example of how things should be done, right and proper.

first of all most filipino families would not consent to a marriage if they know the guy is a creepy asshole monger
And second of all most filipino families do not sponge off the foreigner...it is the filipina's job once she gets overseas to bring money back to the parents/natal family....almost all overseas filipinos remit money back to their family...it is the non-filipino husband's choice if he wants to chip in or not

I would say Thailand, I have been to both and it was easier in Thailand, but ultimately you are paying for it, be it direct transfer or to their family or employer.

I found the girls prettier in the Philipines but like Jamesbond I prefer Latino and white myself over all.
