Losing weight would make him happier and it would make him more fit n healthier man


Is it wrong food or lack of excercise or maybe both


is he technicaly obese or just overweight



Just run like steve hoca and forest gump , problem solved

This is a stupid question. If it were that easy, everyone would lose weight, even in America.

Hunger is a more powerful drive than sex even. It's tied to survival instinct. You can't lose weight if hunger is against you, especially hunger for carbs and snacks.

There are already many threads about this, including one called "Why is Winston so fat?" You can Google it.

I am not a runner.

I'm not obese. I just have a tummy. Can't you tell? See my recent pics in the "Winston's new clothes" thread. Obese means you look like a balloon. Don't you know anything?

If you look at me when I was in the Southwest USA hiking everyday, I did look a lot thinner.

I just need a more active lifestyle like I had then. My parents should have chosen a nicer place to retire, like the Southwest USA.

You don't need to exercise to be healthy. You just need to be constantly moving throughout most of the day, rather than sitting.

lol, you are right..

when were these pix taken?

you look much healthier n better and I guess your perfomance in bed goes up when normal weight,

I know when i bang fat women (which sometimes happen) they cant do shit in bed, like a log, lifeless and slow, you cant put them on top as they will squash you and also they get tired easily

Thank G@d I was never reduced to having to do an AW porpoise :shock: It's one life experience I can do without.

On the other shoe, I did have a lazy, but slim AW go on top, and she tired quite easily. So slender AWs don't necessarily mean Pilates a/o Yoga champions; they're still lazy in the end.

If you went to the store to get lunch and found that you had forgotten your wallet, I trust that you'd not steal even if you were hungry.

There's a difference between being hungry vs. desperation from starvation. People of sound mind and body can defer meals to later time, even if they were hungry. But if the person was starving and desperate, then that would be different.

Folks in US are fat because the serving size is too large and they drive instead of walk. Recently I've picked up "gopicnic" lunch boxes from Costco, they cost about $2.xx per box and contains 300 calories:

When dining out, I ask the resistant to cut the burger in half. I'd eat half of it for lunch and box the other half to go for dinner or lunch on next day:

If you're hungry for a snack, try one of these and eat 1 bar (just because there's 2 in the bag doesn't mean you should eat both), 95 calories:

I sit at the office desk all day so I do have to watch what I eat, or else I'd gain weight easily. My typical snack at work is fresh fruits, string cheese, yogurt, granola bars, etc. If you have issues with hunger pains, try BelVita breakfast bars. Each packet is 4 biscuits and 230 calories total. It's very "filling" if you eat all 4 biscuits.

My golden rule about junk food is; If you don't 'buy' it then you won't eat it

If it's not in the cupboards at home & u don't buy it when u go out then u just won't be eating it & your cravings for junk will change or cease over time

Don't buy any processed foods
don't keep junk snacks in the house, eat fruits
don't order take out, cook instead
Invest in 2 appliances; a Grill & a Juicer, & stop frying.

Grilled food can taste great if u add spices, or just a dash of salt & blackpepper. A Grill like the FormanGrill drains all the fat from meat.

A really great snack to munch on is Popcorn, not the microwaveable one but the kind you pop in the pot. Just add some oil & the kettle corn it pops in 1 minute flat.

Well, if you don't have a nice nearby lake to jog/walk around, or a team sport like soccer/b-ball, it's not a bad idea to add some weight lifting to stay slim. Lifting, 3 times per week, keeps one's metabolism up. And then, doing the exercise bike for the remainder of the time substitutes for the walking, esp if you live in a winter-y region.

As much as I hate wasting my time in a gym it still is the fastest way to stay in shape or lose weight. 3 times per week with 30 min of cardio and 30-60 minutes of weight lifting does wonders to your physical appearance. It takes 12-18 months to actually see results but you'll feel them much earlier.
