The sign of a very happy, satisfied man overall. Stress can kill sex drive for men in bad times and/or bad environments. Regardless there is ALWAYS a solution. Some guys are lucky to have high testosterone in their 50's, but many are not. However, you can ALWAYS supplement with TRT (Testosterone Replacement). Why get old and sexually useless when you don't have to?

Inspiring. I'm hopeful that getting away from the US food supply, with all its hormones, preservatives, antibiotics and genetic modification, will perk things up a bit. I do what I can here -- lift weights a lot, etc. -- but it's an uphill battle (no pun intended). I'm just not going to screw with hormone replacement, though. There's cancer in the family, and my sister developed it six months after starting hormone replacement therapy. And I really want to stay away from the pills as well.

All suggestions welcomed. Everything else is well preserved, and I can still pull, but closing the deal is becoming problematic.

Endurance type exercises, good sleep, and a good clean diet go a long ways...
Most food we eat is either grown in our own garden or sourced from someone we know...with some exceptions.

FAT is the enemy of testosterone. !!! There are lean habits and FAT habits...

Have no mercy on yourself in making yourself comply....death is even meaner.
Life can tough enough if you are older...what I don't get is men at 40 or less

I am sure that I am even older than Outwest and probably not in the shape he is in. But I too have a 25 year old wife with a strong drive. Viagra? "We don't need no steeking Viagra"! haha

I remember when Viagra came out and it really was a miracle for the group of men who had medical problems (prostate surgery, high blood pressure, etc.) Seems to me, now it's really backfired. Guys in their 20s are starting to worry that they might have problems "down there" and better start working out or gobbling down supplements.

IMO most guys who need pharmacological assistance are dealing with mental or emotional issues: either OWS (Old Wife Syndrome), low level depression, or general Western-life malaise. Honestly, guys in their 20s and 30s shouldn't be obsessed with their testosterone count.

There are many things to worry about as you get older, but trying to keep up with a hot young wife shouldn't be one of them

10 months living in Asia and I'll say that big age differences are very rare when it comes to relationships between two locals.

Young Chinese girl with old dude is a very rare sight, except for mistresses.

In Thailand I got approached by girls wanting Sugar Daddies. But in general I found it harder to date younger ladies than it was in China.

So far I can tell about the Philippines, girls from poor and needy backgrounds specifically look for (much) older men surely not because they have a father figure fetish, but because they think a mature man will be:

Well in Philippines' tradition, I would say that making one's "first wife" loose face would be the biggest sin.
So the mistress could not be had locally if you were in a small town...more likely she would have been in a larger town...perhaps CDO..(Cagayan de Oro)....but at any rate, discretion is always required in such cases if one is to not be seen as "vulgar".
In some ways, humiliation of the wife is as big or bigger offense than the mistress herself. Fortunately, it appears unlikely that I will have to deal with that situation...lol
