Hello i am new here .and hapilly married 6years . I never had problems with cheating while waiting for the visa .i told her to go out and have fun .but use a condom !! In the begining she as angry when i said that .but i told her i am not selfish but i am not there for at least 8 months .so i supported her to do it .and it worked out great we love each other very much but she can have sex with everyone she wants .even now here in the netherlands .no problem .actually her filipina friends are jealus that she is so free o dont mind as long as she loves me and we stay toghether .but yeah she is the best .

so yeah for me it was never a problem .i didnt want to be thinking constantly will she cheat or not .

Your not very smart. I know a Cebu expat that had an "open relationship" with his live in girlfriend and it did not end well.

Open relationships work well is if the man wants to remain emotionally detached. That has always been the case with me and indeed my relationships have always been open, though the women never took advantage of the liberty I gave them, nor did I ever try to run a harem other than once, and I concluded from that experience that more than one woman was too much for me to handle without getting stressed out.

I'd much prefer to share a woman with several other men, than be shared by several women in a harem. Women can be a royal PITA to deal with. The more men, the easier to keep the women under control. The ideal situation is 3 normally sexed men to 1 woman with a very high sex drive. 3 men sharing a woman is better than 2 because 2 invites the woman to pit the men against one another. This is much more difficult with 3 men. Obviously, prostitution is a form of woman sharing, except has all sorts of problems because it is not a committed long-term relationship.

To us love and sex is very different .so yes she has sex with a lot of men and all my friends as long as they are gentle and friendly she enjoys it a lot .and for me i am happy she explores her sexuality .

Thats up to her .but if they are nice and friendly she normally not say no

One day you wake up middle aged, broke, having wasted years of your life on playing silly games with Filipinas/Thais. Yeah, it was fun and you enjoyed it to the fullest but now so much money is gone. And very little value has been created except memories of dramas and emotional ups and downs of unprecedented variety. And then, one is 54 and is so tired playing detective to one's own GF('s). It's so important to think about whether one wants to devote one's time to such pursuits. It's better to just go for straight hookers for sex and have friends with good young females just to go out and eat. Then, one can become a godfather and help someone raise a kid. But endless dramas just eat into your life like nothing else would.

I couldn't agree more. I will be turning 55 in a few days and what you say kind of applies to me. I like your solution except for the part of going for hookers. I have a complete mental and emotional block against them. Not into marriage or kids either. Seems I am stuck.

You could find an older (late thirties\early forties) woman of East-Asian background. Some of them managed to age remarkably well, and at that age marriage and kids won't be an issue for you anymore. You can keep things casual, or even end up living together. Say, she's a widow or what-have-you, maybe an entrepeneur? Money won't be an issue for her, so marriage wouldn't be on her mind. Ultimately, sex is there to make you kids. Your penis is a proboscis to insert inside a female to fertilize an egg so that the human species continues. It's nature's way to make copies of itself - so it's all about procreation. Our attraction to breasts ( because we want to make sure she has enough milk) strong legs and thighs ( we want them to be child-bearing-able) and long hair ( we are supposed to hold her by the hair as we insert the proboscis) and a pretty face( we equate it to having a healthy, better offspring) is all part of nature's way to make us choose a partner for breeding.

A woman is attracted to male buttocks and always looks at them because she wants to make sure you can make a strong thrust inside her to inject the sperm. The warm feelings are there to make sure parents stay together for the kid to be in a protective environment. All of those things are instinctive. As is the 7 year itch which is again nature's way to tell you that the kid is now strong enough to walk alone and hunt for food.

What we as "civilized" men do is try to ride the crest of emotions associated with procreation without procreating. We get high on endorphins as try to fool nature. Women try to fool nature, too, by exploiting men's feelings for money and other material things. In the end, it's a big waste of time if done to excess and no child/family results. It's OK to do it for entertainment but as with anything taken to excess, it's no good.

Now, at 54 I look back and then compare my wild times with a very healthy family which my parents had created for me and sometimes I regret about all those years spent chasing the emotional will-o-the wisp. I am grateful that they had a traditional family, but it was in other times in another country.

Of course, Ladislav, a man in his fifties still has the option to have a family of his own, an option a woman does not have for biological reasons. Davewe is about ten years older then you and his wife and him are planning to have another baby. It almost sounds like you speak of having a family and procreation as a station you're past, a stage that is over. But it ain't over till it's over. The last miss world was born to a sixty-something American guy and a far younger Filipina lady. So old dude genes still get the job done!

Even single moms in their late 20s seem to abound, and their pressing need to give themselves and their kids a source of love and support (or support and love) would make them good life partners. Of course one had to be careful to sieve the rotten apples from the (many) good ones but - you know how newly-landed, sexually starved Kanos behave - that isn't that easy to do. From what I could see, most adult foreigners I met in the Philippines sought no more than a simple life surrounded by simple pleasures, including sex with a reasonably young and willing partner, fresh food and warm weather all year round. Most of rural Philippines are a paradise from this perspective.
