Ok here are the results from my first experiment. In this profile, I have a photo of an attractive guy. Just a single photo, with not much written on it. There's no mention of sex or anything like that on the profile. Just an attractive white guy in Manila who wants to meet someone.
I visited loads and loads of profiles, and waited until I got 50 messages before starting to respond or send out messages.
By the end of the day, I achieved my 50 received messages, and a ton of visits and likes.
The age range that I searched in was 18-26, I think. Or it may have been 18-30. I can't remember. But I was getting visits and messages from women outside of my chosen age range, because obviously they were doing their own searches.
The idea was to get chatting with them for a very brief period, and then make an offer of meeting me and some friends, we would go to karaoke or whatever, then we'd all go to a hotel, where everyone would get a room, except us. We would share a room. When I made this offer, I didn't mention sex. I left it up to them to interpret. Sometimes they would ask what the intention was, other times I just told them straight that we would be having sex. Actually it was quite a turn on telling them this.
At other times, I just said hey let's meet. Other times I said hello let's meet and have sex. Other times I said lets exchange nude photos.
So basically, my offer varied, depending on my mood, and the situation. Sometimes I didn't make any offer as the conversation didn't progress, but all conversations were positive, except for those who were disgusted, but even then they weren't too bad. For example, one of them responded to my offer of exchanging photos with "Ugh", so I said "is that ugh@hotmail.com?" because I really wasn't pis sed off with her.
By a wacky coincidence, it turns out that the number of times that I made any offer was 100. Complete coincidence, and it makes it easy to get percentages.

I don't know what happened to the other 1%. I must have lost it somewhere, but it doesn't make much difference. Basically, each percent = 1 girl.
So basically, 59% ignored me / stopped responding after I made an offer of some sort, 26% said let's meet but nothing else, and 14 agreed to one thing or another.
Here are some things that I noticed :
As far as I can remember, nearly every single one of them was friendly, regardless of her response. Even when they knew what I wanted, and didn't want to go along with it, most of them still wanted to meet me. If I said do you want to see my dick or do you want to have sex, they said no, I just want meet you. My offer didn't put them off, they just wanted to meet normally. Often, after them saying no,even after I said OK no worries good luck to you and goodbye, they still wanted to carry on chatting. They were by and large extremely friendly. And very matter of fact when talking about sex.
There were a couple with high cock counts, but most of them were either virgins or not very experienced. I did not get the impression that they were desperate for foreigners, although some did show a preference. I even told some of them that it was a fake profile, and a couple of them still wanted to know me so I'll probably chat with them on my real profile soon.

So, my conclusion is that filipinas are mostly not sluts. The image of them being conservative is true. Even those that agreed to meet me for sex, I get the feeling that some of those weren't really serious. In fact, none of them have followed up. Yes they quite like talking about sex, or hearing me talk about it, but that's just normal.
In some cases, I didn't wait for a build up, I just sent a message saying let's have sex, so the ones who said no or didn't respond, perhaps they would have reacted differently if I had chatted a bit first. But based on the rest of the results, I think many of them probably would have refused.
A grand total of 1 girl actually asked me for sex. She messaged me first with : wanna hook up? Then when I asked her to clarify, she said sex all night.
