Depression & Anxiety

Postby Eric » Sat Sep 03, 2016 7:49 am

I wonder how many people on this board suffer with anxiety and depression. For my whole life I have, so has my Dad & my brother.
I think I tried to deny it for awhile and act normal.

People at work always say that I'm angry, and have trouble controlling my facial responses/anger in responses to situations, that I visibly show it. I think this is the state of someone at the end, who is bursting at the seams. Obviously no one wants to do this.

I realized after seeing a few pictures of myself - that I realized what everyone was talking about. I didn't see it - but really see it in the pictures; it was embarrasing...and awakening/eye opening. You can really see a lot in a photo.

I don't blame myself for what I have. I'm also not trying to be anything other than what I am - but I can work on it, live with it.
I think what happened was that for the longest time it was sort of denied I had a problem. I kept going like I was normal; trying so hard to cover up everything that there was a problem. I think that's where the "anger" came from. It's not anger, but attempts to cover what I'm feeling, which then looks like irritation; a furled lip, defensive posture, disguising my face, etc. I think my brother does this too.
I think what he's really feeling is deep sadness - which then comes across as anger to others, and actually is anger because frustration at feeling a different way.

I have a long road ahead of me. I know it, at least there is hope.

This is the first humbling post I've read from you, Eric.

Beforehand you were taking the easy option by blaming everyone but yourself - but fair play. It takes a real man to look at himself in the mirror.

I too have suffered with depression and anxiety, although the latter was eradicated after quitting smoking weed.

Identifing the problem (or what's causing it) is half the battle. The cure should fall perfectly into play. Try going to a pet store at least 3x per week. Medical research proves that dogs and cats help lower anxiety, stress and blood pressure (even cholesterol to an extent). The presence of puppies and kittens (even ferrets and parakeets) will definitely cheer you up. You can start out with going 4 days per week for a month. Then go 3 days per week the next month. Cut it down to just twice per week for the next month. Finally you can go every saturday. By that time, you've been cured. Like almost every cure (like essential oils for rough/dry hands), one day as you're going through the motions, you say to yourself, 'holy crap; it's gone!' It's like a discolored spot that was on my arm for a long time (still don't know what caused it). I switched to a natural remedy, and as I was going through my daily routine, I noticed the spot was completely gone - like it never happened.

If you're an animal person - particularly dogs and cats - it'll definitely help. No guarantees though. Multivitamins will help also. Nutritional deficiencies can cause mental/psychological - not to mention physical - disorders as well. Getting on that plane and meeting non western/westernized women is another cure as well!!!

For the one millionth time, just have Tulsi...

The other reason is, Its because I'm saying it...People are so brainwashed that, it has to come through TV, Media, Jews and the whole nine yards with there fake scientific proof, placebo tests, billion dollar research to make people eat Tulsi.

Sadly, For some odd reason, people won't listen to someone of its own kind and get a remedy that is easy and FREE...but will suffer endlessly till it comes through mainstream.

I was suicidal, depressive and born in a third world crap but with high ideals and morality like what most Christians suffer from. Christians are good people but are hounded by darkness where ever they go, its easy for others to deal with suffering because they can make compromise with their ideology and betray their own kind but for a true christian he will suffer but won't suck energy like a vampire from others.

The lamestream goes gaga over Turmeric in the US with its benefits on cancer which is also from India, but its really tame infront of Tulsi which is considered mother of all plants and Ayurveda. Those who said Turmeric is great called Tulsi the mother of it all.

There is a conspiracy to suppress Tulsi information in the west because then there goes 1 trillion dollar medical industry...also, it has nothing to do with India for now as we were also brainwashed, only those who are in alternative community who have come out of the programming eat Tulsi in India.

I just had Tulsi yesterday evening and slept like a baby...felt like million dollars...Americans do not really know what true SLEEP IS...They just float in sadness and depression...and wake up and the same cycle repeats.

Have deep sleep with Tulsi ...The best feeling you will ever have....Its your only true friend...rest all wants something in return..This plants just gives....

Eric, hope you will take this post in right spirit as i have been saying all along...

Try to grow in your backyard, home, or buy but not from ORGANIC INDIA BRAND..Its Jewish...rest all are fine..Even in Tulsi sold in Amazon, they are adding GMOs ...so be careful..Good Luck

The Jews are init and have taken over Indian Tulsi like Turmeric...Better to grow at home or buy from Non Jewish brands...

Mine isn't from lack of tulsi. It comes from my father, how he was, how I learned to be.
It's very deep engrained, it may even be genetic in partly. It has to do with brutal perfectionism being hard on myself, depression, making no mistakes ever, stress & anger.

As I see it. my Dad gave me a life sentence of pain and misery to face before I could step out from the crib.

Mine isn't from lack of tulsi. It in part comes from my father, how he was, how I learned to be.
It's very deep engrained, it may even be genetic partly. It has to do with brutal perfectionism being hard on myself, depression, making no mistakes ever, stress & anger.

As I see it. my Dad sort of gave me a disadvantage or a bad shake - in some ways, before I stepped out from the crib.

I want to take responsibility, I feel that I also have it very good. I feel very down though, at times. Life is not supposed to be easy - I feel that somewhere; somehow down the line, we are taught or duped to believe that life is easy, or it should be... that we should have it easier.

I think this comes down to conditioning to be dependent rather than independent, it's socialism. It's a direct perpetrated evil.

I honestly find the Old Testament lessons to be truthful for life - it's not even that I look for it or plan it that way...but it's what it always comes down to. Like, it is wise to keep your mouth shut.
He who opens his mouth wide comes to ruin.

Its really simple, just buy the plant from local nursery and put in your yard, it grows anywhere except in extreme cold climate, but if you can't get the plant, buy seeds online and drop few in the garden and in few weeks, it will grow...make sure it gets enough sunlight..

Its the best time to grow Tulsi

People have no excuse now as it would mean they secretly support Jews and their agenda.

How can we make people grow Tulsi in homes?

We know the Jewish Propaganda?

Billion dollar lab testing Psy-op, Placebo Effect Psy-op, the medicine must be prescribed by "Qualified Doctor" who studied at Stanford, It must come from a clinically proven, tested lab which are owned by billion dollar corporations, you must eat it ONLY AFTER Doctors Consultation....

You see where we are going with this...They are creating this BIG is BETTER Human brainwashing with endless routes to make us believe in lies as lies needs lot of BS for people to except it.

All these steps for drugs on us to eat it is pure Psy-Op...EVERYTHING CAN BE CURED FOR FREE..

Tulsi can cure HIV, Drug problems, Depressions, STDs, Cancer, Cough, Cold, Problems with women, Divorce ---- Hey hey hey just wait there starchild fella....You are making a bold statement without any "PROOF" - You better know, for big claims you need big proof...Yeah right, what proof are we talking here....AGAIN the same sh*T..

If you claim Tulsi can cure cancer and HIV....Then you have to use our lab, our "Clinically Proven" Methods, get peer reviewed by Stanford professor, get our approved subjects for testing, who are on our payroll and then get FDA approval who too works for us to prove that Tulsi really works on humanity...aka Without Jewish seal of approval..you cannot make a bold statement

As we can see, nothing can be proven in a Jew controlled society, even the proof has to come from Jew owned institutions...ONLY PROOF IS YOU..You Eat it and You KNOW IT...and ITS FREAKING FREE...

Truth does not need BILLION dollar testing and labs..Its free and it grows in nature...

Eric, Tulsi can repair DNA, all your depression, your problems in family, your problems with relationships, your anger issues, what your dad did to you and everything in between because this plant was created by God itself for betterment of human race...wait there fella...How can you claim Eric can be cured by a mere plant that can grow anywhere and its freaking free...

Are you kidding me starchild...Its impossible...Where is the Proof..Starchild..I don't see it in Jew approved magazines and media..if it was that freaking incredible..why I don't get to read it online and offline...

What you been smoking starchild...Nobody can cure me, because the jews have not approved the medicine that can cure me...A mere plant that is considered the mother of ancient herbal remedies before the modern medicine took over and they made sure, they destroyed in every home in India cannot cure me...and you saying its free...are you insane....how can something that is FREE can cure me...I'm beyond cure now...I will just suffer till the Jews approves Tulsi :D

Dude....There is no REASON FOR SUFFERING except if you don't believe in your own kind...I fail to see any reason, why you will not try Tulsi when even Tsar has said, ever since he used it, his life improved..His suicidal tendencies gone and Heck, GHOST will like it, he even changed his avatar :) and he recently had a windfall profit and is planing to move abroad...a remarkable change by taking Tulsi few times...

PM Tsar, only person who took Tulsi and saw his life improved, and he brought from online, imagine if you take regularly ...and grow in your backyard for FREE

If you are looking for PROOF, SOMETHING TO trigger, waiting for things to happen..Its never going to come...Its an endless cycle of darkness which only Tulsi can break...

In India when it was conquered by the Muslims and British, the first thing they did was to ban Growing Tulsi at home, they destroyed tulsi at everyhome ...

If we are looking for Jew approved PROOF in this life to convince us to try something different other than the norm..Its not going to come...except from within your soul...You have to make the first move...

I think next spring I will plant some Tulsi (also known as Holy Basil). I like basil, and it sounds like Tulsi is easy to grow.

Starchild, do you grow your own Tulsi or buy online?

Without getting all panacea on you, Turmeric, mixed with some black pepper, is highly bio-available and is has some very strong anti-tumor effects.

So yes, Mel's made a few capsules, mixing the two, obviously keeping the pepper side low  , and it's been a great supplement, along with the Brown Seaweed.
16 years ago, the Best Picture of 1999, "American Beauty", telegraphed the message of Happier Abroad to the world.

Beware of long term engagements with AWs, you may find yourself in a coffin.

BTW, despite settling down with an AW, myself, the warning is still in effect.

My 2¢. I have never gotten depressed in my 30 some years of living because I have been following some form of exercise regimen since the early 90s. I have lost loved ones to murder, had failed business ventures, lost all friends but I never even feel depressed in the slightest. Exercise fortifies your mind from negative thoughts and it keeps your sprits up.

As far as anxiety I struggled with that for many years and found it was because I wasn't having any sex. Once I started having sex my anxiety virtually disappeared... I have no problems now talking to a beautiful woman, say, at a kiosk where before I would be terrified and just avoid the girl all together.
