Some members say that females are only interested in what a man has in the present.

I'm one of the ones who doesn't say that's entirely true.

When a person makes an investment, they don't buy an overpriced thing in a bubble, they buy something reasonably priced for what it's worth in the present having confidence that that investment will do well in the future.

Also, many people who are lucky enough to become a doctor or a lawyer as some people describe have no time, have $200,000 minimum in student loans unless they are independently wealthy, spending years until age 30. And most then go on to marry a careerist woman who got off the cock carousel and now want to start a family. Many are also single in America and most don't go abroad.

Also, how many lawyers are unemployed or not employed in law? Some people told me how people they know with a law degree are unemployed or underemployed but have more student loans they could ever hope to repay.

And abroad, many doctors earn way way less than Americans in both income and PPP.

While it is true that a female does want financial security and a man to have some present wealth, I doubt having a job is the one thing either makes or breaks it. Since a man moving abroad to relocate to be with the girl would be leaving behind any job anyway.

It’s just like any other investment. They make a decision on whether they can sponge off you in the future based on the available information. For example, take a med student like House. Females will spread their legs for him because in the past it could have been taken as read that he would get to have money and authority. They may in fact be a little behind the times but that is what they are going on. However, no female is going to be attracted to you because of your dreams of youtube stardom. There is no proven track record of success. You would have to be able to demonstrate something to make them think you are going to succeed.

I am also of the opinion that young women size up the potential of a man to make money. That is why such women go to varsity to study BS basket weaving degrees, They want an Mrs degree, meeting men with future potential. That doesn't include men studying Arts, although they might pomp around with them. The end game is the future Professionals and career men.

As they get older that changes and potential is not enough; they want to see assets like money, house cars. A late 20s heifer wanting to drop calves is not going to be impressed by potential, but wants to see green veld for grazing, or she will not come through the gate.

There is the big advantage of paying rather than talking to them. You don't have to care what they want. They must care what you want. And you don't have to worry about them leaving afterwards.
