When I hear women using that term, it is off putting. The red pill Youtuber Blonde in the Belly of the Beast says "Hey Guys!" in the beginning of each video and I cringe when I hear it.
It seems like "women are the same as men" language to me and it is generally a sign that the person is not on the same wavelength as I.
