Carrie Fisher had a chance to audition for the main female role in the Blue Lagoon and Terminator movies in early 1980s. For whatever the reason she didn't pursue them. I think if she had gotten the Sarah Conner role it'd have helped her career. But again, this is speaking in hindsight, as you never know if the movie would be that successful.Vinstonas wrote: I wonder why Carrie Fisher didn't have another big role after Star Wars. She was very attractive.
BTW, why do American women like the movie "Pretty Woman" so much? Is their fantasy to have a tall handsome rich guy like Richard Gere, who drops a thousand dollars on a whim everyday, fall madly in love with them? So ridiculous and shallow. Where is their inner and spiritual life? Sheesh.
If men can chase women for T&A (Tis and Ass), then I guess women can chase men for their wallets.
Richard Gear's face is 90% make-up, BTW.
