What's Philippines like in January?

What's Philippines like in January and specifically in Angeles City? What is the weather is like there and what one does wear in January? I'm asking as I might take a trip there after my visit in Taiwan.

It's always warm, year round. You usually wear short sleeves shirt and long pants. That's all you need to know about the weather. Sometimes it rains, but you can get an umbrella anywhere. You don't need a jacket unless you're going to Baguio, which is up in the mountains.
