Normally, I don't have trouble expressing myself but not this time. Its no wonder western women are so screwed up. You thank the catholic church for this one.

The part about HIV is what really scares me in that report. Whoever wrote that part about changing the laws so HIV+ people don't have to reveal their status to their (sexual?) partners has to be insane or they simply want to kill off a large chunk of our population. TBH, I don't think HIV+ people should have the right to keep that status secret from any sexual partners. I wonder how many people who are HIV+ would believe what was written about them. I wouldn't be surprised if even though with HIV would agree. Anyone who has any form of morals at all would agree that it would be wrong to not tell your partner you are HIV+ before getting sexually involved.
