This happens quite frequently in Thailand. I'd say as high as 3 out of 5 of the white western male/thai female pairing usually involves a working girl. You can tell because they are tatt'd up pretty extensively, are from the NE area of Thailand (Isaan) with darker skin, and usually dress a certain way (tight hip hugger jeans with heels, gaudy earrings, and bar girl type accessories) that makes it way obvious.
The most revealing part is the way they speak thai. Working girls use a lot of crude thai language and just aren't very educated. Their english is usually pretty good but also has a lot of bar girlisms.
But people make post like his because he comes from a Western preceptive that you don't marry Sex Workers. I personally don't have a problem with it. At the end of the day Sex Workers that happen to be women are just that, women and want the same things other women do. You just assume in your Western Mind that these women aren't emotionally impacted by what they do. The same goes for Porn Stars and Strippers. Yes you can find alot of dysfunction in the Sex Industry, but not all the women are bat-shit crazy or even unfaithful. Another factor I find interesting is so many men expect these women to give up what they are doing and find a "regular job". Okay genius how many jobs do you know where a woman can make $300-$1000 or more a day?
Now that said, most of the girls from poorer countries tend to stop doing it because it was a means to an end and that's all. In Western Culture its not a means to an end for most, its a career choice.
You're mistaking my acknowledgment as judgment. I personally couldn't give two shits what people choose to do with their life. I think it's a bad idea but hey, some guys swear by it..some guys also swear by ladyboys. Who am I to judge as long as someone knows what the stakes are?
