Sometimes I wonder why men like to act like size queens. But anyways:

http://www.kinseyinstitute.org/resources/bib-penis.html

What is the relationship between the size of a flaccid (soft) penis and an erect (hard) penis?

There is a much wider range of size in men's penises when flaccid, with the average ranging from 1 to 4 inches. In general, smaller flaccid penises lengthen at erection by a greater percentage than do larger flaccid penises, with most men reaching an average size of 5 to 7 inches, so the flaccid size of a penis is not a good predictor of erect size. The vast majority of men measure within the average genital size range and have a penis size that is more than adequate for sexual functioning.

As an average size white guy if you have 6 inches or more you'll find yourself touching bottom often on a chinese woman.

Basically white guys are to asian women what black guys are to white women.

Unfortunately Asian men don't seem to have anyone they are bigger than and white women know this. Also they are negatively stereotyped in the media.

Average penis size over there is about 4 inches and most Asian women even the taller ones are similarly sized.

BTW in case you all don't know short women tend to have short vaginas in general.

Tongli Hospital of Beijing has done size measurements in recent years. The erect length varies from 8.60 cm (3.38 inches) to 17.43 cm (6.86 inches), and erect circumference varies from 7.08 cm (2.79 inches) to 15.27 cm (6.01 inches).

On the bell curve, the mid point are is probably somewhere between 11cm (4.33 inches) and 12cm (4.72 inches) for length. But individual sizes will vary from right side of the curve to the left. The idea of average is actually kinda silly, because those who fit the average figure are actually in the minority. For Caucasians, you can move the bell curve to the right by an inch or so, depending on who's numbers you believe:

If you're obsessed with feeling inadequate about your own size, you can gain 1 to 1.5 inches in length from enlargement surgery, assuming that you're willing to take the risk and go under the knife.

Interesting find. As ladislav had said, it's because different peoples have evolved differently, due to the Ice Age and other factors. I appreciate the input from everyone too.

It's a little awkward posting it here ... but my erect length is 6.5 - 7.0 inches. :o It probably has to do with my height and athletic build, and hormone-saturated American meat. I remember that back in high school, Taiwanese parents would comment non-stop about my height and mature look.

I'd also like to know, how would Northeast Asians and Southeast Asians compare?

No need to feel inadequate about size though. Balls matter more. :D

Article doesn't make complete sense. it fails to mention that stereotypes don't matter at the individual level; keep in mind that they don't apply to asian american men who are good looking and masculine in appearance. they tend to apply more to the ones who are more scrawny, nerdy, or unattractive. asian men in the former category are generally able to sucessfully date women of any race, especially asian women; after all, the most attractive asian women tend to go for asian men. the asian latino stereotypes also don't hold up; if you're one of those not so good looking or non-westernized asian men, you're still going to have trouble there. and the part that mentions Peru failed to mention that many asian womem in america also care about their cultural roots and prefer asian men. and wouldn't that also mean asian men in peru want to marry asian women for the same reasons? seems like the writer of the article is a bit ignorant and didn't do enough research. besides, who would want to live in a developing country like peru? the asian population in america is more diverse and interesting anyways. most asian american women tend to be primarily friends with other asians; the ones that are more open to dating other races are the ones with a diverse group of friends. remember that even in the US, it's usually the unattractive or plain looking asian women who marry out since non-asian men tend to have much lower standards than asian men in regards to asian women.

and the last paragraph that mentions a "sizeable" number of asian women who don't date asian men are only SAYING that usually because they have low self-esteem regarding the fact they're asian, mainly because they are bitter that asian men don't find them attractive. even those asian women would desire a decent looking asian man who was westernized, but they may not admit it since they know they would have no shot with him anyways.
