If you can read/write in Chinese, it'd be easier because the sites are Chinese language only. But I cannot guarantee that you'd fit in with the college student demographic on monicities:

Note that the entrance for men's side is around the corner from the front. Open 24/7, $20 entrance fee. It's a real bargain and there's no restrictions on how long you can stay (some people take naps there). You can call and have restaurants deliver Korean food to you in the spa too.

It sounds like it's tailored for international students from China living in the US. Hardly anything for ABCs as most speak English.
