There's another category of working girls who cheer, hostess, or do club promotion gigs. Their job is to attend parties and mingle. When opportunity knocks they are willing to have sex for money. I know a couple Filipinas who did this for a company here in Bangkok. They always said they don't sleep with guests but they almost always do. This Thai girl really seems like the more subtle type of working girl..higher end and attends parties to service clientele. She probably picks up guys along the way who will take her out, wine, dine, f**k, and pay etc..

To be honest she's not even crazy hot or anything. She's just cute and fairly attractive. You could find many many Thai girls who look like that even in the p4p areas.

You should come to Bangkok sometime because a lot of Thai girls are light skinned and doll like. Thailand is a very mixed society full of varying looks. 10% of Thailand's population is ethnic Chinese. The reason why you've only seen the really dark isaan type Thai girl in pictures is because most western white men date that type and those pics are all over the internet.

Some of them look very Thai to me just going by the way they dress.

It doesn't hurt to just go out with her sometime. Like I said don't expect deep chatty intellectualism and Thais are very fun and happy orientated. If you keep things light hearted and positive you might even be able to make a nice friend at least.

Btw many Thai girls involved in p4p or part timers often do a "tour" of the wealthier asian countries like Singapore and HK. They try to save up enough money to come back to BKK to buy a small business or condo.

As to that Thai girl I met, if she is a KTV girl or hostess, and does p4p, how would I know about it? Wait for her to bring it up? How do you find out if a girl sleeps with men for money? Is there a polite way to ask about it that would not offend her in case you are wrong?

I called her today. We were gonna meet, but she lives in an unknown area outside of Chiayi and I don't know how to get to it. Her Chinese was not good either. She didn't understand me when I asked her if she could meet me at the train station. So she had another Thai girl translate for her. She gave me an address, but I can't find it on Google Maps. I guess I will have to ask around in the morning.

My dad told me that normal Taiwanese don't go to nightclubs, and that the people who go there are called "The Black Society" and the places are usually run by gangsters. Is that true? If so, does that mean this Thai girl's employers may be gangsters as well? She still won't tell me what she does for work here. Or sometimes she does but I can't understand what she's saying.
