I got my slides back from Walgreens. Here is my slide show of Korea:

The background music is Kim Su-Hee, who was quite popular back in 1987.

Burma is now on YouTube

This time, I added a few subtitles to tell you where I was. But, it was just Rangoon and Pagan. Back in 1987, you could only get a one-week tourist visa, and Burma has an awful lot to see for just one week.

Shoot! I finished my slide show of Illinois

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzEUrsDxSuQ

And, the sound track was removed immediately, because of a copyright violation.

It was a pretty good show, too, because part of where I live looks like a war zone, and I had some Vietnam War era protest songs. And, part of it is just big boxes made of ticky tacky (of course, Pete Seeger fit in nicely there).

Another odd thing: some of my videos (Taiwan, Michigan, and the zoo animals) are blocked in Germany.

On behalf of my sons, thank you. This needed to be said.

It's remarkable how alien the appearance of the places is.

That's not something one sees discussed on HA or TeakDoor or BritishExpats.
