I agree with him about sociopaths, but the thing is they insert themselves into all places of power not just government. So things like major corporations, the military, and even entertainment, etc they don't care so much about power alone but about their own security, popularity, financial assets, and sexual access (I'm sure other things).

Wrong. The 80% is not basically decent. Of course the 80% doesn't want to hear this, so we won't be hearing speeches telling the truth.
