Jestin/Justine Chang - Taiwan Scammer! Wants 30 Million NT!

Above: Photos of Jestin Chang, aka Justine Chang, from her Facebook profile. She is a bizarre delusional Taiwanese woman who tried to swindle 30 million NT dollars (equivalent to one million US dollars) out of someone I know. Apparently, she thinks she can get a million US dollars by simply asking for it. What a fruitcake!

HOLY SHIT! You guys won't believe this. But this Taiwanese girl that me and Rock met in Taichung, named Jestin Chang (aka Justine Chang) whom I later introduced to an expat friend, ended up asking him for a loan of 30 million NT! That's about ONE MILLION DOLLARS USD! WTF?! He told me about this on the phone. At first, I thought he was joking, or she was, but he was serious! WTF?

She must be the most deluded woman in the world! What kind of person asks a friend if she can borrow a million dollars USD? Does she think he's a billionaire or something? Does she think he's Bill Gates? Who has an extra million dollars that he doesn't need? Even if he were a millionaire, it would drain his whole bank account to just give away a million dollars like that! Jeez. Doesn't she know that? Sheesh. Holy shit! Jesus H. Christ!

This girl claims to be a strict devout Christian too! In fact, she said she hates me because she saw my website photo collage and said that I must have hurt many girls by being a disgusting playboy, which offends her CHRISTIAN VALUES! LOL. WTF?! What kind of Christian tries to scam a guy out of a million dollars?!?!?!?!?!?!!? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

What an insult to the intelligence! Does she think he's really that stupid? Isn't this an oxymoron? If a guy is stupid enough to give away all his money just for the asking, then he would be broke. Guys who keep their money are usually frugal and efficient with their money, and do not give it all away to random people. Sheesh.

She also promised to pay him back. Yeah right. How would she pay back a million dollars? lol What a dumb f***ing bitch. Christian my ass! What is she going to do, not spend it and then give it all back to him later? lol What a psycho bitch. lol She didn't even offer anything in return for a million dollars! Can anyone be that delusional, to think that a guy would give her a million dollars for nothing?!

Gee. I thought Filipinas were bad. But they only ask for $100 or $200. Not a million dollars!

Anyway, here is what he told me by email below. In it, he also quotes what she wrote to him about why she needed a million dollars.

Also, note what he said about why she doesn't want to see him again, simply because he flirted with her? WTF? Is that prudish or what? Why are Taiwan girls so f***ing difficult and complicated?!

BTW, a massage girl I know from Kaoshiung also asked me for 100,000NT, using a similar story. WTF? I thought Taiwanese girls didn't ask for money, esp this much! I ought to expose her on my forum, by posting her full name and photo!

His email:

Winston,

Actually, Justine sent two e-mails asking me for money. I sent the second e-mail to you last night. Here is the first one:

My dad told me we need 30 million NT dollars to bury my grandmother. I already told you I do not have money, so if you could please help me, I will return it to you after about 1.5 or 2 years. I am very sorry to ask you.

After I received the first e-mail, I wrote back to Justine right away. I wrote a very long e-mail to her. I said that I'm sorry, but I don't lend money to friends, and I told her a long story about when I lent money to a Filipina girl named Linda (who I met at OKCupid), and Linda never returned a dime of the money that I lent her. Then Justine sent me the second e-mail. l compared the two e-mails, and I noticed that they are identical except that the first e-mail asks me to pay her NT$30 million, but the second e-mail asks me for only NT$20 million. Justine never mentioned anything that I said in my long e-mail (when I told her the story about Linda), so I wonder if she ever read it. I wrote that e-mail in English, but now I wish I had written it in Chinese because it seems like Justine didn't read anything past the first sentence, which said "I'm sorry, but I don't lend money to friends."

About one or two days after I got the second e-mail, Justine called me. She never mentioned anything at all about asking me for money. But she said that she doesn't want to continue dating me because I flirted with her. I said "That is not true! I have never flirted with you!" Then she said "Yes, you did flirt with me! You flirted with me two times! One time last week, you said that you miss me, and another time, you said that you like me." Then I admitted that I really did say those things. Then Justine said that "we could still be friends" and we can still talk to each other on the phone (but not more than once a week). However, she never wants to see me in person again because I flirted with her.

Is that f***ed or what?! I can't believe this. It has to be some kind of joke!

Gee. I thought Filipinas were bad. But they only ask for $100 or $200. Not a million dollars!

Rock said that she seemed really nice too. I thought the same.

She flaked on me, she said, because she was disgusted by this website.

Her English name is Jestin Chang, but she also goes by Justine Chang. If I can find her Chinese name too, I'll post it.

Why would you NEED 30 million Taiwan dollars to bury somebody? Are they going to coat her in gold and put her in a coffin of diamonds?

Ask her to provide a detailed spreadsheet for the estimated funeral costs.

I'm morbidly curious enough to see how it'd cost NT 30 million, assuming that she's not kidding or just trying to get rid of the guy.

1) She's not that great looking to begin with and has a bit of a man chin

2) She's doing arts and crafts bullshit (headcase flag)

3) She cavorts with various foreign men complete with dramatic storylines

This isn't hard to spot at all.

Tell her what? What do you mean?

I will try to ask her. I will play along and pretend I'm going to play along and pretend to want to give her a third of what she wants, maybe 10 million. lol. Hope she's not reading this. Then I'll see what her excuse is and then spring a surprise on her. lol

Momopi, maybe you can call her and ask her? lol

A massage lady I know in Kaoshiung also recently asked me for 100,000NT to put her father's remains somewhere. I could not understand her, since she used many words I didn't understand. But that was the first time a Taiwanese girl ever asked me for a ton of money. I was quite shocked. That's very unusual. Taiwanese girls are usually too shy to ask for stuff, esp 100,000NT (approx $3,300 USD). Plus common sense says that you don't ask a guy you met only once for a ton of money. Doesn't she consider that I might be financially hurt by giving away $3,300? Sheesh. That's so inconsiderate.

Also, it's an oxymoron cause anyone stupid enough to give away a lot of money, just for the asking, usually ends up broke all the time anyway.

Why does being an artist make her a fruitcake? Artists are usually deep, soulful, intellectual, and non-materialistic right? Or is that a stereotype?

I guess there are genius artists and then there are ones that are total basketcases? lol

I don't get her logic though. Why does she think a regular guy, even a wealthy guy, has an extra million dollars to spare? Even if a wealthy guy would be hurt or greatly depleted by giving away that much money. Doesn't she consider that? Does she think every American guy is a billionaire?

She sounded smart and educated, so I'm quite shocked. Even Rock said she seemed nice when we met her in the underpass.

oh god she's a con artist or trying to be lol ... that's real dumb to ask for so much to bury someone... ask her when's the funeral & that you'll write a cheque to the undertakers at the funeral palour.

Yes, she's mental. She obviously thinks her presence is worth that amount of money. No money, no honey. She ought to become a professional escort in Europe or Canada. She could make that amount in a year or two. It is just she will have to offer something in return.
Look for women who automatically want to please you because it pleases them. Any woman who seeks to please her man is a treasure. Even better if you don't have to ask but rather suggest.

I don't think escorts can make that much. Her p***y would be pretty much bubble yum after that (if it isn't already)

Asian escorts are in huge demand here. One could easily make $5,000 a week simply by satisfying the pornography induced "yellow fever" of the desperate Irish manginas. True story.

I've never heard of an escort making a million dollars before. At least not from sex alone. lol

Winston they do make a lot ... some girls charge 100 euros per day, especially if u need them to go on holiday or business trips plus all the expensive gifts they get too, it adds up. I'm a travelgirls forum member. It's a girls only forum. they know I'm a ESL teacher but kept me on anyway. The things I read there blows my mind sometimes.

I've just changed the title of this thread to include her full name, so that it will appear in search engines with maximum SEO. I'll let her know about it too, so she can go berzerk when she sees this. lol

I was not able to get her Chinese name though.

Here are more photos of her from her profile at Meetup.org when she was in Canada on a year long vacation. I guess she's looking for a lot of free money so she can take another year long vacation? lol Doesn't she look so innocent? lol
