The Native Speaker Hierarchy

Had an idea of importing Filipino teachers to teach English in latin countries wishing to go the call center route.

I think that will blow out that hierarchy.

Lets see how long it will take the Latin Americans to want to study with Filipinos rather than with iron jawed John Smiths.
