People should learn to distinguish betwen private property and corporate capitalism. Corporations are soulless things, not people. They do not deserve a level playing field. Their very presence in the marketplace is inherently unfair, like a robot fighting a human in a boxing ring. They should be chartered one by one, as in the old days, through legislation, not automatically by filig an incorporation. And they should be only for projects too big for a family business or group of private investors. Most businesses can be handled by partnerships or LLC's. And they should not be allowed to buy each other. Accountability should be to people, not other corporations.

They are like kudzu growing in Southern woods - they will grow over everything and feed off everything if not pruned back.

not true. The guvment is not supposed to protect you from anything. Guvment is about mind control. Govern = control, ment = mind. It is not like they are hiding the meaning of the word or what they are doing.

Please do your research before you speak. When I was young it was customary for young people to only talk about subjects about which they had some knowledge. If they had very little knowledge on a subject they asked questions.

Nowadays it is customary for young people to state opinions that are blatantly false. Seemingly young people think a false opinion has the same value as a fact. Somehow they were never taught that a fact has FAR greater value than a false opinion.

Off topic but it needs to be said...maybe you should start a thread on it. This is one of the fundamentals of MBA. MBA will have lawful associations to run businesses that ALWAYS have PEOPLE held accountable and NO LIMITED LIABILITY. With corporations you have LIMITED LIABILITY which means the people operating the legal entity have LIMITED LIABILITY for what they do, even if it means killing a few thousand people in Bopal India.

In the end we must ELIMINATE CORPORATIONS as such and replace them with LAWFUL ASSOCIATIONS where those who are responsible for the actions of the employees have UNLIMITED LIABILITY via due process of law. THEN we will see those LAWFUL ASSOCIATIONS behave a little better.

Maybe she had nothing better to do or like I said previously here. She just hates the fact that more men are waking up and voting with their feet. Most women want equal rights but not true equality. For example, they don't complain when women are children are set free first in a hostage situation. Or when they get to leave the Titanic first. How come feminists aren't complaining about that?
