Hello and welcome to HA.

Just looked your place up:

Sounds great!

How's the temperature and humidity?

What do you think of the people there - both locals and expats?

Hola...Como esta usted...I miss Mexico. Been to several cities there.

It's one place on my list of possibilities as a yearly 3 month getaway in a few years.

Not to hijack the thread....

but.....

..if you weren't married to a Thai woman, what would you see as the relative pluses and negatives of Thailand and Mexico, in your experience?

Thailand:

Positives:

Good infrastructure
Attractive women that stay slim and have nice asses.
Food
Safe

Negatives:

Smog/Pollution
Traffic in Bangkok
Strengthening of the Baht

Mexico - haven't been there in about ten years

Positives:

Sexy Women
Food
Difference in the various regions of the country (mountains, sea, etc.)

Negatives:

Smog/Pollution
Traffic in Mexico City
Women tend to get a bit gordita...
Can be dangerous

This is all off the top of my head.

Some Thai's here in China. I can't say they've sent their hottest women though. Quite a few are fat and have even worse manners than the Chinese (is that possible?).

Looking forward to visiting Thailand at some point. My new white legged Chinese lady wants to go, so maybe we'll visit when the next Chinese vacation pops up.
I was Happier Abroad for a while but Covid killed that off.
