Unfortunately, most of the troops don't exactly "wake up" unless some event inspires them to find out why they feel like something is fishy and that they are being lied to. Even those who are fanatics loyalists or plain "gung ho" admittedly believe that it is possible a full scale revolt could be in the near future. Also if there were a revolt, no one would stomach shooting the people we are supposed to protect. It would not make sense to any of us to receive orders to slaughter our own. Now about getting out of the service? Hehe. This can be an interesting topic.
There are ways for them to refuse or get out of anything. The easiest way to get out is probably to do a few hard drugs or just keep drugs on you until you get caught. A harder way would be to have someone stage a fight in a bar or something and have someone beat the living hell out of you. I wouldn't do that for obvious reasons... Although my personal favorite story about that is this one marine. He wanted out so he started carrying a basketball around with him everywhere. He still did his work and took care of himself, but eventually people found it odd that even when he went to eat at the mess hall without fail that basketball would be with him. To the gym, to church, to the bar off duty, he slept with it etc.... Finally his command sent for him and were trying to figure out what was going on. He didn't change his behavior any and so the commanding officer sent for him. After showing up at his desk to sign his "walking papers," he leaves the basketball on the commander's desk. The commander said, "Son, you forgot your ball." with a concerned look on his face. The former marine said in response, "I don't need it anymore sir. Game's over." lol

Check out what David Icke says about joining the military. It's so true. I wish the media would broadcast it so that everyone would hear it and see through the lies and propaganda.

"When you join the military you're not serving your country. You're serving the cabal that wishes to destroy your country and enslave your families. That's what you're there for." - David Icke
