I'm not sure if this has been asked on here before but how do you guys stay sane if you're in the U.S?
It just seems too easy to lose it nowadays.

You don't really. No one is sane here, anymore - really. That's the truth. You don't really stay sane.....you just go back and forth between sanity and craziness of living here. That's all you can do. A couple drinks helps you to relax, be like everyone else. It's just easier - I don't know how, but it is. Try it. It's better than prescription drugs, and it works.
You have to adapt to the satanic idea of living here. People just don't care anymore, about anything. They just do - have fun. It's all about having fun. When you understand that - you give up yourself, and do it.
That's just how it is here.
Nobody around you is sane. They just think they are, they are all collectively insane...it's the Dionysian cult of anti-intellectualism ruling all. Just get with it - you'll fit right in.
Somehow, also act like you've got your shit together, career, etc. and act judgy toward others; you'll then fit right in here ; ).
Become an animal.
Don't try to talk to people out in public about the things we talk about here - they will just be afraid, and judge you. Americans are afraid to sound unPC it's deeply engrained in them - to look at you like you have the Red Scarlet Letter....leprosy. Etc., just don't bring it up. Have a couple drinks.
Then go home and just be yourself at home. Just take it with a grain of salt, and have fun with 'playing the game'. If that makes sense. ..that's all that it is, really.

I married a Mexican woman and I am going to live in a Conservative Mennonite community.
Following the Old Testament, not evil modern culture
That sounds like a blast.
Doesn't marrying a none Jewish woman break your Jewishness ?
Time to Hide!
A great deal will depend on your own talent, luck, and how much sanity you started with.

A few things:
1. Making money-focus on making as much money as you can while you're in this wretched place. Get two jobs if possible. Start a side hustle as well that you can do online in your spare time.
As much as this country sucks, it's still a good place to make and save money.
2. Take short trips out of the country, Mexico is the obvious choice if you're in America. Even a short trip to another state is better than nothing; recently had a pretty good time in Reno NV.
A long weekend in TJ can be fun.
3. Get ready for leaving this place for good, you can self teach yourself another language. Maybe take dance classes. Of course this depends on where you want to end up; don't study Spanish if you're goal is to be in Asia, obviously.
4. Have a little fun in this place. I make a point to go to an Asian massage shop once a week; there are some pretty Chinese girls working in some of them. Smoke a cigar, have a drink or two, whatever you like to do that helps you relax.
This is what I do, at least...
You guys think the majority of people living here aren't sane anymore?
I usually notice when I'm out and about a lot of people have a crazy look in their eyes almost as if they've lost it in the past or are about to lose it. It's as if there are broken spirits everywhere. It sucks and I wish things weren't the way they are here. Crazy world we live in.

In my experience - everyone is insane. How could you not be? We are raised in such an iniquitous environment from the moment we are born - it's all we know. Most of us have formed around dysfunctional things like forced feminism/trends in schools; sick media that tries to make it all okay - and make the kids get used to it and think it's cool. When you have such an evil government mandating and forcing such things as this: it trickles down into politics/education/institutions/media, etc. It really is the most wicked place in the world, I think. I'm not trying to be negative.
I pray to Jesus Christ and to God every day to cleanse me, my mind so that I can continue on and wipe all the evil away from my mind/ my life. Yes, even the evil disgusting attacks I'd get for just saying that - that's how you know it's evil.
This place really is headed up by an evil force. It's not the people living here. The people living here are essentially good - it is coming from the top down. Pray, you'll be fine.
Find out who you are as a man - and be strong, focus on yourself, you'll attract the right women into your life. Don't worry about anything else.
Don't worry about fixing the place around you, or other things like that. It is hopelessly gone and lost. Just be yourself, find yourself and work on yourself. my weakness was that I wanted to help my environment around me - I naturally felt an inner urge to make things better, because who wants to live in a bad society? But it's bad. Just focus on yourself because you can't change nothing else.
Is it just me - or does it seem that today's culture & world doesn't offer anything in terms of longevity, benefits, prudent planning, good living, etc.? People swear that it does, and get angry and defend it - but does it?
Like I get it, we're all together - in this big group think thing. But does anyone stop to think about where this is going - if there are any benefits at all to where they say it is, other than some "utopia" that everyone is rushing towards, and embracing ideologies I feel they know really nothing about.
I'm alarmed. I'm scared.
I cultivated a spiritual belief-system and some hobbies that really help. Both of these also keep me outdoors almost constantly, which helps even further. Rare is the day like today that I've had to blow on the Internet due to weather.
I don't know why I can't be sincere or genuine, here. You can choose to do it anywhere - they say; everyone says that to me. I know they're right, but something here brings it down in me, where I can't put it out. In other cultures - I can.
I survive here by being how I'm supposed to be. I can't wait to get to a different culture where genuineness is valued, not a liability, as part of culture to keep people together. I just love it, something about other cultures is awesome. Truly different.
I'm looking forward to it. I leave for China, in a week.
