Women from Spain vs Latin America (Colombia)

Hey! I am from Sweden and I'm looking for a warm place to spend my winters since i am a digital nomad. I have good success with the women here in Sweden and in Eastern Europe I do even better (Ukraine, Romania and Poland) However Eastern Europe is too cold during the winter and I have looked into going to Colombia, not Medellín but perhaps somewhere on the Caribbean coast, if inland probably Cali. However i have a major concern this might be a somewhat far out comparison, but are women from Spain in any way Similar to Colombian women apart from the looks and language? The reason I am worried about this is the fact that Spain has been the single worst country in terms of pickup/dating for me.
