If she's from a western country you can start by asking her if she's pregnant (its hard to tell sometimes). If she's from any other country asking her for directions is a good way to break the ice. Also, ask her to recommend a good restaurant and see if she would like to join you for dinner.

The only really sensible advice in talking to the American woman might be to say things like:

"Here is my passport, I only have one bag to check.."

" Hi- you really remind me of my ex-wife. she is the one that inspired me to go overseas! "

"Here is my boarding pass...yes it is a long flight...but SO WORTH IT! "

"I used to be attracted to women like you till I moved overseas!"

"At least you are not as much of a gold digger as that one hooker I met in Manila!"

"Wow! You look so much like my Girlfriend's mother!"

" Most of the men I know are so ignorant of the world that they actually try to meet girls like you!"
