Alpine Access / Working from home

There was a discussion thread on Linkedin about working from home, and the topic of Alpine Access came up. The pro and con discussions were heated, but seems that everyone agrees this is "legit" work at Walmart wages ($9/hr). Read the reviews:

Basically they are a call center operator. To qualify as an employee you must live in one of the States indicated on their web site. Your experience (and pay) varies depending on the client. If you're doing customer support for a video game for XBOX 360 customers, the job might be right up your alley. But if your client is angry customers during Holiday season at Amazon.com complaining about why their packages didn't arrive by Xmas, you might not like the job very much. You only need to work 20 hours/week for 30 days to qualify for benefits. This is CSR work where customers call you, not a "cold call" sales gig.
