No I live in Utah and grew up mormon but since renounced that cult. Mormon women are pure evil. They will use you and treat you more like a pet dog than a man. It's no secret that mormon men are addicted to pornography because their women won't submit to them. They are feminazi even if they deny it and that's exactly what they are. What's worse about it is they are self righteous about it. Believe me they are horrible so stay away.

Unofficially, they like to use the men in their life as a door mat, while trying to convince everyone their the victim. There are thousands maybe millions of single Mormon women out there and Mormon men are not exactly lining up to marry them. The only Mormon women that are worth your time live in the Philippines, I know because I married one.

Yes this is about right. They are always playing the victim and will talk trash about you behind your back and often to your face and even men in their own family. They won't even bother with you unless you make a lot of money or are a culty like them and they will make you go to church and it won't be an option if you change your mind about the cult. The only difference between them and other feminists is they are less whoreish but will likely still cheat on you if they can get a better deal. Most of them are snobby too. They are pure evil.

Do you know that racism is hard wired into the Mormon religion? If you aren't white you're considered inferior and it's written right into their "scripture." Blacks and other "coloreds" weren't and probably secretly still aren't allowed into their religious inner circle. Now imagine trying to date and have a relationship with a full blown practicing Mormon girl and their family allowing that..fat chance.

Mormonism is essentially formed under a weird polygamist doctrine and if you read about it (I highly suggest you read Under the Banner of Heaven by Jon Krakauer) it's pretty grotesque. Mormonism was created basically so a lot of old white men could have a lot of young white virgins. The patriarch of their religion..Joseph Smith was just a massive pervert and cult leader.

Do you really think you'll get accepted into this cult? Fat chance, they'll just see you as a lecherous old chinaman looking to steal their white virgins.

Think about what a weird f***er Mitt Romney is..even with all his money and "business" legitimacy. Do you really want to have guys like that controlling your life?

I've heard about that from Christians. But the Mormons deny that their religion is racist. How do they explain it if it's in their scriptures though?

What makes you qualified to comment on this or any other religion?

Of course they will accept me into the cult. Why do you think they are trying to convert me? Their mission is to share their "truth" with all.

Besides, why can't an Asian Mormon just marry another Asian Mormon is the white Mormon girls don't like interracial dating?

Mormons are not racist people. I personally know Mormon bishops that are black, Chinese, Japanese and Filipino. That said most Mormon, Utah women want a 6'4'' white, Mormon guy that's a lawyer, doctor or dentist just like most American women do. However, I have met a few white, Mormon women that were married to Asian and black guys so it does happen sometimes.

You must be from St David.

When I was younger I went through several sets of missionaries, hoping I could buy into LDS doctrine and get access to their females. It never quite took. I couldn't get right with the golden plates and the rest of the foundation narrative. I read at least part of the Book of Mormon -- prayerfully, as recommended -- and it just struck me as something that would be written by a 20-year-old kid in the 19th century with a vivid imagination.

Their apologists with an intellectual bent didn't connect with me either. One of them talked about renowned scholar Harold Bloom's contention that Mormonism is the quintessential American religion, and observed that Bloom described himself as an agnostic. In the book referenced, however, Bloom describes himself as a gnostic -- someone inclined to believe esoteric doctrine -- which, of course, is the opposite of an agnostic.

At that time I liked the political conservatism of the church. From my perspective now, it seems they they hold aloft the ideal of 1950s America (which I'm fine with), but the feral capitalism policies of the current right that they uniformly support have done more to undermine the '50s cultural consensus than anything else.

In response to repatriate, I believe that blacks were allowed into the priesthood in 1978, in accordance with a revelation given to the prophet. I don't think rank-and-file Mormons are particularly racist.

I thought they married young? Wouldn't this reduce the overall stock of women?

Mormon women are just as fat, arrogant and useless as mainstream American women. Needless to say, there not getting married young anymore. However, they are probably more friendly than most American women when you first meet them leading some guys to falsely believe they might be worth keeping around, I can safely tell you their not girlfriend material.

Hey all,
Guess what? Rock was just in Salt Lake City, UT when he was here in the US. He said that at Temple Square, the girls were sweet, friendly and approachable. See I was right! You can ask him. So they are different from other AW after all.

Here are some images of Mormon girls. They do look sweeter and cleaner than typical American girls.

Its true, Mormon women are friendlier than most when you first meet them. The "problems" start when you try dating them. You soon realize your Mormon princess is a basket case that does not have your best interests in mind. The divorce rate among Mormons is the same as the general US population, that's all you need to know. The real reason a lot of Mormon women become missionaries for their church is because no Mormon guy wants to date them(or marry them). Don't be fooled, Mormon women flip out when they don't get what they want.

^^^Unfortunately, this is correct. Also, you have to consider that most of these women are brainwashed to think a certain way. Many live their lives inside of a "box" and have no clue about reality. They are ignorant in many ways and believe what they have been conditioned to believe. Feminism is also strongly evident in Mormonism as well.

Yes, they were Winston. And many of them are from foreign countries. I met 2 (they seem to always be in groups of 2) girls there with one being Spanish from Barcelona and the other being French. The Spanish girl was proactively friendly and when I told her I'm from Taiwan, she said there are some girls roaming around the square are who are Taiwanese. It seems that certain (perhaps the cream in terms of projecting right image) single Mormon women from around the globe do stints in Temple Square area where they approach people and just express warmth and friendliness. But always remember, they are making merit. As I know, they believe that 'works' can get them a higher place in Heaven. So it's not selfless. Not only are they thinking about the afterlife, but they are also in many cases trying to improve their appearances as a stellar Mormon in front of their peers and superiors in the church hierarchy.

I toured some of the buildings and everyone I met of all ages (mostly Americans) were super friendly. BUT, there was a weird vibe I sensed as well, kind of a stepford wives feel, like it wasn't real. When I asked about some of the symbols I saw on certain buildings, that got bizarre responses and seems to be very taboo (secret society sort of thing). I know very little about the faith and church so I was way out of my depth. But it all felt so weird.

Winston, what I experienced and this thread goes to show how little approachability really matter in the grander scheme of things (unless you get off on just constantly approaching new people and never taking the relationship any further or developing meaningful bonds). I don't think those friendly girls would be open to dating, nope. Only possibility is that you are one of those fresh dudes just back from a 2 year mission or at least a solid member in good faith.

I do appreciate the way most seem to behave, rejecting so much of the crap in modern American society (well the mainstream ones anyway, not the sects who are part of those polygamist groups, Read "Lost Boy"). But there are still some bad apples in the group. I was in SLC area visiting cousins and friends. Both sets are gentiles or non-Mormons. One of them had a father who had become feeble in mind and got screwed over by a Mormon Bishop in a sale of some of his land.

Anyway, I tend to agree with most of the negative stuff being said here about them. I've met the missionaries here and there at times and even tried a couple times to have an objective conversation about religion and faith. Well, you really can't go there with them. They are super narrow in their thinking and beliefs. I just was not able to have a serious intellectual discussion with the ones I met. Perhaps some of the much older ones who were intelligent enough would be able to consider it all in perspective and explain their faith from that angle. But I have never spoken to one like that so far.

Yes I agree with you. Approachable and friendliness doesn't mean they want to date you. But I find it very REFRESHING at least, compared to the normal toxic society of mainstream America and the stuck up antisocial vibe of AW. Plus, as you saw, these are virtuous people, so it makes them seem like people with real souls. I also agree that they seem to be in a "fake world" that is out of touch with reality. lol. I had that feeling too, but it was hard to describe.

And yes I get off on approachability. Approachable girls gives me an adrenaline rush. I've explained this to you thousands of times before. I don't know why you can't relate to it. Nothing is worse than environments where girls don't want to talk to you and have that paranoid "get away from me, I'm too good for you" type of look on their face.

Yes they are very closed minded and narrow. Everything to them is in a little box. Religion does that to people. It gives them something to live for too and a purpose. So it's a double edged sword.

But some of the girls have that "Little House on the Prairie" look.

I didn't know you felt vibes Rock. lol. I thought that since you're into finance, money and statistics, that you'd be left-brained and not able to feel vibes. lol

So did any of those girls try to convert you or get you to go to a "meeting" or put your name on a mailing list? lol. What did you talk about with them?

If you met the Taiwanese Mormon girls, maybe you would have been able to impress them with your fluent Mandarin and knowledge of Taiwan. lol

Rock, can you imagine me becoming a Mormon? lol

Of course, they wouldn't date you. They are missionaries and it is against the rules for them to date. It is their job to approach you and be friendly and try to convert you. As for the symbols you saw on the temple, those are Masonic symbols. Joseph Smith was influenced a lot by Freemasonry. In the Mormon temple ceremony, you wear a bizarre costume and learn the secret handshakes and passwords that you need to get into heaven. I grew up Mormon.

Well I meant after they finish their mission work. I think the white bread ones Winston is so fond of are going to go for their male counterparts as soon as their mission work is over. The further you are from them in experience with the church, age, ethnicity, etc., the more unlikely you will even get past the front door.

I actually used to know a Taiwanese female Mormon in Santa Monica. When she finished her time there, she came back to Taiwan and put out her feelers. It was pretty clear that she was available and was hoping to get to know a nice guy better. In her case and given her personality, I think she might have been willing to date a non-Mormon but I could be wrong. Anyway, within a few months, I got word that she was getting engaged, to a western guy here in Taiwan. I'm not sure whether or not he was a Mormon and if so, if he had been involved with it long term.

That Freemasonry stuff sounds bizarre. Puts a weird spin on everything. A lot of people both in States and overseas just perceive them as squeaky clean, old fashioned, very religious, do gooders.
