I could recommend Joseph Y. Lee, Lasik Eye Center, 19038 Norwalk Blvd, Artesia, CA 90701, 562-653-9500. On different days, he could be found at 3920 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles.
I have not personally had Lasik eye surgery by him, but have... 5 friends who had their lasik done by him since last year.
He is the kind of chatty eye doctor who will patiently answer each and every single question you have for him. He's bored and will talk, and talk, and talk. He does not care if there's people waiting in the lobby. If you're his patient and has lots of questions, he's the doctor with all the answers. But if you're the next patient in line sitting outside, his attitude is "you can wait" and you're SOL.
