The Hedonist: World Vacation Guide

Post by NorthAmericanguy »

"As seen on TV, "The Hedonist" is the Sex Bible for Single Male vacations. This in-depth guide is written for the Professional Bachelor, the guy who knows exactly what he wants, is willing to pay for it, and likes to spoil himself rotten.

If you love exotic tropical excursions with Golf, Deep Sea Fishing, Casinos, and sexy young girls who always say yes, this book is for you. Red Light Districts, Brothels, full service nude strip clubs, massage parlors, outcall escorts, horny locals, beach play toys, whatever your preference, it's all here...complete with reviews, addresses, phone numbers, and first hand field reports."

Check out the comments guys:

•"A quick note, since this book really paid for itself for me. A friend and I booked a 3 day fishing marathon in Curacao (Caribbean). I quickly realized we knew nothing about the nightlife and got worried. I scoured through Borders and other bookstores and came up empty handed. On a tip, I picked up this book, and it had all the info we needed for fishing, casinos, hotels, the solution to the disastrous taxi rates, and most important, what to do at night.

We took the advice and headed straight to the state owned brothel at the end of the island. After one sip of the first beer, a sea of amazon latinas tackled us...must have been 50 of them. What a great fishing trip. They were really biting the whole weekend. We hooked so many trophy keepers, it brings tears to my eyes. Back home now, and it's been really cold. Not the weather, the old lady. She just can't understand how I got such deep nail marks on my back catching a marlin. My advice is dump the broad, and buy this book."

•" What can I say about this book except it is perfect for single guys. Every travel guide I've seen is written for backpackers or fat tourists with toupees. I'm in my 20's, I ain't dead, and wandering around aimlessly on vacation is not an option. This book gives in-depth details that are right to the point, for locating and exploiting the hot spots for amateur girls and the pros, as well as a buffet of daytime activities. Get it, read it, book your flight. Done!"

•" Well researched, really handy and insightful. There are some excellent tips that will save one an immense amount of time, the author's got a great sense of humor. Sure to offend the Feminists and PC crowd, particularly since it's non-fiction. If it pisses them off, it's gotta be good. I read it straight through and pick it up and reread excerpts all the time. If you're like me, tired of the game playing and want guaranteed results with good looking women, you need this book. "

•"I've lived in the outskirts of Pattaya for 2 years now, and can vouch that this book hits on all the necessary tips and tricks for my city, which is covered in the guide. I've been looking to take a vacation from an Asian paradise to a Latin paradise, for a change of pace. The Hedonist covers 20 different cities, and if you're single, there is no better vacation guide in my view. More accurately, there are no other books in this genre. I love to get around town and experience the culture a bit, love to golf and ocean fish, and ALL the info I need to accomplish this are enclosed in detail for each city. I highly recommend it.

I have to laugh at the jealous feminist comments below. She doesn't know a wit about the topic, and really only fears losing the easy US wallet. Take it from my Thai girlfriend. Her bargirl escort friends consider themselves overwhelming fortunate to have found such an easy career path to "fame and fortune." They used to work for free on the family rice farms, now they live like millionaires. The vast majority are mature adults who willingly continue to work in the sex industry not out of need, but out of greed. They make an equivalent of thousands of dollars a day here. Some of them take limos to work. Underneath though, the girls are sharks who prey on lonely old American men on vacation, who are an easy and willing target. The Thai girls, like their US counterparts, pretend to fall in love in order to get monthly checks (from overseas in this case), all the while laughing at the men behind their backs. The world has it back asswards. It's the sincere, romantic, naive Men who are the victims of the trade."

•" Like most men, I travel abroad to get away from the lying, scamming US women who exploit men through deceipt for money. Too often it takes a divorce and half his net worth for a man to realize his fat, screeching, con-artist ex-wife is the vilest part of human nature, who deserves zero respect.

Hide this book from women, and if any of your friends are considering marriage, pick up a copy for him immediately.
"

•"Outstanding! This book has quite a cult following among commercial pilots and the crew. Let's just say it has changed alot of our lives for the better. No stress, and too many women. It may be a contributing factor on why the flights run a tad late in the Caribbean."

•" Please do not carry a copy of the book on your travels. Upon your return, if you are searched by U.S. Customs, this will be further "evidence" that you went to a foreign country to participate in illegal activity. Although it may be legal in the country you visit, the U.S. has the ability to enforce its laws on you as a citizen wherever you go.

Most of us will not be further interrogated by Customs upon return. But if you are one of the unfortunate ones, you do not want a book detailing how to find certain types of women in your possession. Leave it at home!

With IMBRA, it is readily apparent that the U.S. wants to keep men bottled up to suffer its women.

If you must, simply transcribe the part of the book you need and discard of it before your return flight to the 'Land of the Free.'"

excerpts from the book:

"is is worth traveling around the globe for women? Let's do a quick test. Go to your favorite nightclub in America, walk up to the hottest 18 year old girl you can find and offer her 50$."

"Imagine someone approaches you with a business offer that has no potential financial return, and proposes a fifty percent chance of loosing half of your net worth in a few years. This is what every man faces when getting married. It's Russian roulette. The Western culture has adapted to an onslaught of feminism, lawyers, and the divorce industry creating a new breed of women. Instead of being seductive and feminine, the women have adopted a personalty that's impetuous, opinionated, and blatantly arrogant. Western women want all the benefits of being equal, without sharing equal responsibility. The essence of being a woman has left the culture."

" Western women have significant interest in keeping "their" men and their wallets at home. They have reason to be jealous, as they simply cannot and will not compete. That will require them being nice, putting out, and not chasing money. The Sex Tourism women overseas are a superior female species.

The book was published in hard copy 6 years ago.

Here's a money making idea for you. Contact the author and ask hm if he'd consider doing an updated edition, and help him publish it electronically for major e-pub platforms (Amazon Kindle, Apple iTunes, B&N Nook, etc). You can do audio books too. Take a cut from the sales for your efforts.

Worried about US customs reading the book? Store it on your Kindle or iPad. ;p

There are many books that are only on hard copy. I think there might be a market for you to contact those authors and request permission to do e-pub for a commission. Don't be surprised if you receive a floppy disc with doc in WordStar for DOS format (LoL). The profit potential for each book may be low, but in sum from dozens or even hundreds of books will add up to a greater sum.

It's the kind of work that you can do anywhere on a computer. If the author cannot provide electronic document, you'd need a flat bed scanner with OCR and proof-read page by page. That work might be best sub-contracted out to someone in India.

Wow, I did not even know I could do such a thing. I will see of there is a market for this and will shop around your idea on a forum that helps authors. I admit, I love the idea as I collect books and love to read them.

The technical aspect of this is actually very easy, just use programs to convert documents to another format and proof-read it and reformat pages if needed. The hard part is contacting and convincing authors (or the author's estate) to let you republish for them, and making sure that the author can actually authorize you to do so without conflicting prior contracts with a publishing house.

Once you've successfully obtained permission and did the work, you also have the option to promote the e-book to increase sales. For example, if you obtained the rights to republish a classical fencing manual from the original author's estate, you can promote it on fencing forums and magazines, and split the profits with the estate.

Would you really believe what you read in a six year old book? Just one example - Cali Colombia, mentioned in the index, where men use to find wives 20 year ago, has long run its course and become extremely dangerous.

1. Customs often checks computers, iPads, Kindles, etc, especially if you are flying in from a fun hotspot such as Thailand.

2. I doubt most authors would give you a piece of the action. He could easily do it himself without your help.

3. The book is outdated and obsolete in many areas. Time sensitive subject matter better treated with an active and popular website + forum which is constantly updated to reflect most current situation in a given place.

The Hedonist type guide should have been designed as a Lonely Planet type book with revisions every few years. It sounds like the guys involved just wanted a one-off project to have fun with and hopefully make a lot of money.

A book that focuses on this sort of single male travel sounds right up my alley, heh. Another idea to consider is a sort of a cultural/racial compatibility guide for American male travelers. There are a few travel books for african-americans i've seen though.
