This is a book that contains dating advice that you can pretty much skip but it has IMPORTANT information about how to put your assets in an ASSET PROTECTION PLAN which will protect you that you won't have to give a penny in alimony, community property or child support.

If you do this, you can determine how much spousal or child support you will give.

An Asset Protection Plan is MUCH better than a pre-nup and if someone tries to sue you, your assets will be protected.

It basically gets your assets out of your name.

Tell your western girlfriend that you put your assets in an Asset Protection Plan and I bet that most of these women won't marry you.

With an Asset Protection Plan you are taking away any power that a woman has over you in dating or marriage.

A single mother also can't make you provide support for her child that you didn't father!

Sounds too good to be true. I gotta read more about it, but it's gotta be a catch to it that can be out flanked by a good divorce lawyer.

Sounds interesting. Is this a specific product, or just a plan in general?

Many rich people use Asset Protection Plans that get their assets such as their house, car, money and other assets out of their name just in case someone tries to sue them.

They can't be taken to the cleaners because their assets are no longer in their name anymore!

This can also work in the divorce court.

Many men don't do this because so few women would marry a guy who protects all of his assets.

So basically use offshore corporations or such to hide the assets, like in Panama or such? I wish you could still use bearer shares. Is it just illegal to have bearer shares in the US, or you can't even own them as a US citizen?

I'm not sure how to give you an answer about this, you need to talk to a tax accountant.

I'm just talking about America.

Let's say you live in California and you are worth 2.5 million and you want to protect your assets not just from a money hungry woman during a divorce but from desperate people who are just looking for a rich person to sue, well you go to a tax attorney and get ALL of your assets including your car, home, paper and tangible assets and you get it out of your name.

If it's out of your name, then how can they get a penny from you?

It is complicated but doable. The thing is your house, car, and other assets can be attacked regardless of ownership if a direct link can be established, such as you owning a company that gives you a company vehicle. It is best to leave things like this in your name to avoid people digging deeper into your assets. Beyond that you just need to own a couple of shell corporations that each invest in one another and thereby place your assets many steps away from your direct involvement.

Do not ever tell anyone you own such assets, as one it is known that you possess them, you can no longer protect them from a good lawyer.

It seems unlikely you could protect all your assets unless you were a member of the ruling elite or otherwise very rich. Even then, beyond traditional forms of bankruptcy protection such as pension plans and trust funds in some cases, essentially hiding you assets would seem to be the way to go.

You got it!

Get an asset protection plan and then see if women will want to marry you then!
