Moderator analysis revealed a large effect size for GCBE with overweight/obese individuals (M ES=1.00) on weight loss compared to a null effect for normal weight individuals with mild hypertension (M ES=0.01). There was considerable heterogeneity amongst the studies.

Conclusion

What Happened to Rock...?? Hope he is alright.

He was too mainstream and never believed in any alternative science or conspiracies. One way or the other the AI gets you.

He is been eating too much GM foods in Philippines and then go back to US to eat even more GM foods. I hope he believes in at least Organic Foods, don't want to speculate, but he is been absent since Winston birthday.

If you are a "Conspiracy Theorist" You have lot more chance to be saved.

Great Post! I am also using green tea with a couple of months, and it is very effective. Because it is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. This is not only effective for weight loss but also improved brain and many other incredible benefits

Try running. Start out slow by doing intervals of walking and running, and then try to run for longer periods of time.

I am now regularly running long distances and also doing shorter distance speedwork, including on the track. Ever since I started running again since my cross-country and track days in high school, I have been feeling much more energetic and am even able to perform much better in bed. :D

Make sure to lift weights too, and do calisthenics.

Diet alone won't do it. Exercise alone won't completely do it either. Make it a combination of both.

Just half a year ago, I overate somewhat because of all the cheap, delicious, and easily available food that's sold all over Thailand. I gained some weight and had somewhat of a paunch, even though I had a healthy diet of brown rice and natural foods. However, I was still eating too much. That was lost when I fixed my diet a bit and started running, not just light cycling and light swimming as I had done before.

Fortunately, visceral (inner belly) fat is quite easily lost if you run a lot. Subcutaneous fat (the skin fat above your muscles) is more stubborn, but is less dangerous to your health. Visceral fat is metabolically active, meaning it actually secretes a lot of hormones that wreck havoc on your body. It's nasty goo that wraps around your intestines, and should be lost as soon as possible and as much as possible.

Best of luck on your weight loss Winston. I was a fat kid back in my early elementary school days, so I know how it feels to be fat. But ever since I started running a lot in middle school, I slimmed way down and became one of the fastest kids in my high school. Ran 19 minutes for 5 kilometers, 5 minutes for a mile, and 11 minutes and a half for 2 miles. Now I'm slower than that, but am working to bring my times down.

Falcon, if I may ask, what body type are you? Are you endomorph, mesomorph, or ectomorph? Weight loss solutions do vary depending on the type of body you have.
