If you feel sick all the time your deodorant might be to blame.

Thanks.

I'd dropped "anti-perspirants", which contain aluminum, in favoer of simple deodorants, years ago.

But I didnt know about propylene glycol and stearates. I think Mennen deodorant has thos.

So I guess it's Tom's deodorant from Trader Joe's.

I haven't used anti-perspirants since my mid 20's. When I moved to Phoenix and started sweating more they also changed the formulas or something in the late 90's and they would block my sweat pores and cause these huge painful zit welts on my armpits. I then switched to regular deodorant but then in the last few years realized the name brands still have harmful chemicals in them so I only by the natural kinds now. However the intense humidity in tropical countries they don't really work well if your outside sweating so you just have to try to eat a natural diet so you don't stink to much in public.

Sorry but I have to call BS on at least one of the articles points.

Propylene glycol is not toxic. It's a form of alcohol, and all alcohols behave as a solvent, as such makes a good vehicle for other things. It's the main ingredient in medical nebullizers as a mode to deliver the medicine to the patient.

It's also the main ingredient in almost all food flavoring extracts on the planet.

It's also injected into large buildings HVAC systems for air sanitization in preventing "building sickness" (hospitals too).

etc...

It's only dangerous if dangerous stuff is put in it.

I don't use deodorants anymore - not only healthier but it saves money.

What I do is mix a small amount of bicarb soda with an equivalent amount of water, then dab it onto the armpits after showering. It's that simple.

It prevents odours more effectively than any deodorant I've ever used. Even the next day there's no odour.

I do is mix a bit of bicarb soft drinks with an comparative quantity of normal water, then dab it onto the underarms after bathing. It's that easy.

I then turned to frequent mouthwash but then in the last few decades noticed the name manufacturers still have dangerous substances in them so I only by the organic types now. However the extreme moisture in exotic nations they don't really perform well if your outside perspiration so you just have to try to eat a organic eating plan so you don't smell to much in community.
