Lift compound movements. Lift heavy, lift hard, lift right. No isolation moves (curls,etc). Take breaks, don't overtrain. Eat. Good.Food.Train for function, a leg extension is not going to translate into an up for jumping high, but box jumps will.

don't be perfect.

deadlifts, squat, pull ups, dip, hanging cleans, kettle bells, med ball work.
