If we could genetically engineer people to be hotter, smarter, healthier and more athletic etc so everyone was a 10 do you think that would help lessen human suffering?

No there would not be less human suffering. Biology is a raw resource with no pre-determined cultivation path. The best biology in an evil society will result in increased suffering.

We already have complete perfection, Mr. Wu has set the standard on that. Look at all the problems perfection has caused just in cyber space.
