What is this movie?

I’m trying to find this English movie on youtube but I can’t for the life of me remember the name. It is about a dweeby guy called John who is secretly a ruthless hitman. He is also the gay lover of a major secret elite figure. It depicts a world where both the licit government and the criminal underworld are secretly controlled by a cabal of elderly theatrical faggots. If anyone steps out of line, nondescript characters like John are dispatched to kill or maim them. So it is basically realistic, other than in real life the faggots would also be pedos. Anyone know the movie?

There are two torrent downloads for this film, however there are no seeds. That mean it can still download sometimes, but it could also stall, or it could take a long time to download. Try it out and see. I have been able to download some movies with zero seeds before. Let know if you need any help. Here's the links. Try both.
