What are your favorite movies of all time?

Mine are:

1. The Empire Strikes Back

2. Dances with Wolves

3. What Dreams May Come (a metaphysical film about the afterlife)

4. Star Trek The Motion Picture

Those are all films with originality and imagination with some deeper higher meaning in them that I have watched multiple times.

I guess my favorite TV shows have been:

1. Doctor Who (the new series is great!)

2. Star Trek (the original series only though, all the new ones such in my view)

My favortie movies would be most of the James Bond films (hence my avatar name!) I would say as far as comedies, I loved all three Naked Gun movies and a lot of the comedies that Steve Maritn was in. I do like some horror movies namely, a nightmare on elm street, dracula has risen from the grave, hell night, the entity, the remake of the texas chainsaw massacre and the remake of dawn of the dead and the original halloween movie. I do like sci-fi movies like, Back to the future and Lifeforce. I also enjoy the Clint Eastwood Dirty Harry movies.

My favorite movies are:

The Jackal - a cool movie about FBI agents tracking an assassin across the globe. It's a cool travel movie and it deals partly with Russia. Starring: Richard Gere, Bruce Willis, and Sidney Poitier.

The Living Daylights - my favorite James Bond movie

Sneakers - a movie about a team of specialists who test the security of government and private organizations for a living. The movie is sort of a suspense/action/comedy movie about the creation of and the struggle to steal the world's ultimate code-breaking device.
Starring: Robert Redford, Dan Akroyd, Sidney Poitier, Ben Kingsley.

My favorite TV shows:

Wow what a lot of shit. Most of these films you guys mentioned i didnt find appealing. I hate the jackal. The only one I could pick as good was the James Bond films.
