There a plenty of white women in Latin America. Argentina is more whiter then many counties in Western Europe.

Better to come up empty than get some nagging shrew or someone tried to send you to the poor house.

It is however a long time to keep coming up empty. I didn't read the full article, tl dr but did he ever live there for a period of time or did he do everything via agencies. Did he learn the language, in 10 years you should get pretty fluent in a Slavic language without too much effort per day.

This guy came up less than empty. Not only did he not get a woman, but he threw away thousands of dollars in the process. Not to mention a wasted decade of his life.
