Here is an interesting segment from Dr. Phil's show where he has on a pickup artist named Paul Janka who goes out to a club with a hidden camera in New York city with another guy who has "no game" and coaches him and helps him meet women.

Here are videos of him in one of his seminars explaining to guys his system for meeting women and why it works so well. In the first video he says he has approached between 10,000 and 12,000 women and has gotten between 3,000 and 3,500 phone numbers. He says on his website that he has slept with 234 women so far.

According to his own figures, he lays one out of every 43-51 girls he approaches on average. Quit impressive if true in the USA.

But, he's youthful, masculine, good looking, and confident. That seems to be part of his natural state. So, his techniques may work for you as long as you fit a similar mold.

What I wanna see is a much less attractive guy with no apparent fame or money demonstrate similar success with tons of cold approaches. Does anyone know of Mehow and whether or not he is the real deal? Cus he claims to be. Yet I think most would consider him to be much less attractive, perhaps even below average looking.

his system can only work in Big Cities like NYC and even then:
it's a hit and miss...

Hmmm

first of all he says he slept with 234 women- maybe it's not really true.... But let's assume he is telling the truth:

to approach 10,000-12,000 women (for the purpose of getting laid) and then getting sex from 234 women-
that doesn't sound to me like success.

and Paul is also a good looking & confident guy - what success will an avrage looking and not confident guy get?
