No matter what, you couldn't pay me enough money to touch her. Now if I was totally wasted and there was a bag over her face, then maybe. But I would have to be guaranteed a minimum 7 figure payout

Classic sign of a woman who over-values herself to beyond absurdity.

A 29 yo virgin is pushing the limit. Beyond that they become teases and head cases.

If this was a man he would be considered by society as a loser. However if a women decides to save herself she isnt given any sort of negative commentary at all.
