Haven't guys written a plethora of information on the subject of meeting Pinay's?. All he would have to do is read, wouldn't he?

Yes there is plenty of posted information, but you can't compare meeting a girl for a one night, meeting someone for a vacation gf, and trying to meet the right one for marriage. And needless to say you have to be careful with who you listen to. That's why I recommended Pete.

I'm planning to try to find a Filipina wife online and bring her back to the US. I've been doing some research about this and this is my read on the situation. Please brutally burst my bubble if I'm delusional and being a total fool.

My intention is to find a wife who will raise our children. I'm a decently attractive white guy with blonde hair (I know the Japanese like that...but do the Filipinas?). I'm 34 and make good money. From what I've read, there are a lot of Filipina women who are looking for someone like me and they want to move to the US.

Now some people will say that they're only green card hunters. But my question is so what? I've taken the red pill and am totally jaded towards American women. I don't have high expectations. I'm looking for a woman who will raise my children with me and that's about it. I don't believe in the Disney fairy tale notion of love. I'm looking for a practical partnership that will last my whole life.

I don't see the problem with a woman from a poor country using her beauty to try to raise her station. In evolutionary terms it makes perfect sense. She is doing what she can to ensure her genetic code is replicated in the most favorable environment. She's meeting her evolutionary prerogative.

All I want is a woman who will have my children and NOT get it in her head that she can do without me and raise them by herself like feminist propaganda will tell her it's her right to do.

So I see this as an equal exchange. She gives me healthy children and I take care of her financially and improve her station in life. If we have a little sex mingled in there every now and again, it's a bonus.

Am I deluded in my thinking here guys? How dangerous is my plan?

Of course you should seek advice from those who have done it already, but you are not out of your mind. Perhaps for the first time in your life you are beginning to think clearly. You have been trying to
live in a crazy brainwashed reality all of your life, and finally you are going to break out of jail.

Oh man, I'm getting a little overwhelmed. I'm getting swamped with women on Date in Asia. I'm a copywriter by trade so maybe I wrote my "copy" aka my profile too well. Anyone know of a good "Noob guide to dating Filipinas online?" I feel like a complete fish out of water.

I'd start by not going on DIA. Fork up the extra 30 bucks and get on Filipino Cupid, Cherry Blossums, or Christian Filipina. Also some non traditional dating sites such as world friends, couchsurfing, and chat rooms. Also don't limit your search strictly to the Philippines. If you are willing there are a lot of Filipinas abroad in Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, etc. Check out some of the other guys blogs and other posts for ideas on how to go about it (e.I how not to get scammed, traits of quality women, how to converse, etc.). Winston and some of the other guys I'm sure know of single quality girls that maybe they can introduce you to. You seem like a genuine guy and not a monger so I'm sure they wouldn't mind throwing you a bone.

I made a profile on Filipino Cupid and I quickly got 20 messages. All the messages shared one of four or five verbatim headlines. There were four that were exactly "You caught my eye..." Four "Nice profile..." Four "I like your pic..." and a couple other rubber stamps. I figured it was just a spam site after seeing that. Every headline on DIA messages were unique. I got the feeling that DIA was more legit because of that. What does my $30 buy me at on of the other sites that I won't get at DIA?

Now you're in an area that there is plenty of information on. Do a search and you will find plenty of opinions. But again remember, there's a difference between the guy who used an Asian dating site to meet his next lay and one who really wants to meet a potential wife.

I would agree with hammanta that the pay sites have some advantages, but I also know guys who met their wives on DIA. Personally, I used Cherry Blossoms. Since you're a serious guy, pay the money. The $30 bucks is the smallest amount you will be paying in this process :)

Before you start making concrete decisions I thinks it's best if you know both sides of the truth when it comes to Filipinos. I strongly advice you read or at least skim through the posts on this blog http://philippinefailblog.com/ because these are things guys here either choose to leave out or haven't encountered.....yet.

Just getting caught up on this thread. Dave is right, it's a good idea to get a few pointers from guys who did find their wives online. Feel free to PM me and I'll be more than happy to share what worked well for me.

The headlines are just generic subject lines offered by the site. Most including myself, never bothered with a subject line. I don't think it means they are all scammers or fake. It probably just means that they don't wanna waste their time writing out a thoughtful message only to get some moron that wants to see them naked on camera.

The biggest thing that filipino cupid offers IMO are multiple pics and easier navigation. It also narrows down the competition big time with the local guys as most filipinos can't afford or don't want to pay the fee. It also shows the girls that you may be for real.

Don't be mistaken that since you are receiving a ton of likes and messages that they are gonna go anywhere. It takes a lot of patience and time. I've spent a total of around 8 months doing the online thing and I'd say only a dozen or so girls I really hit it off with and I thought were my type. I put a lot of emphasis on education and having a job so that maybe why. Still way better odds than the U.S but I was on there everyday and sent messages to girls a lot. Many will stop responding after a few messages, others will be scammers, some may fake their profile pics, a few may be online just as a joke, etc. Make sure you convince them that you are genuine and plan to visit the country.

Yeah, I'm already seeing how your point is accurate. So far I don't think anyone who has messaged me has the English skills for us to be able to connect.

One reason why I prefer educated girls. Generally have better English abilities and easier to communicate with. I tend to fail miserably if I can't make a girl laugh and I have a very sarcastic, witty, and even morbid sense of humor so it takes quality English skills for me to hit it off properly with a foreign girl. Just keep looking but the big thing is don't narrow your options. Try all venues whether it be online dating sites, travel sites, cold approaching in person, networking with Filipino/a's in your country, etc.
