If the EEOC can persecute and fine a business if a manager or owner refuses to call a man who identifies as a woman 'she', then I wonder if men can insist on getting scholarships for women by identifying as women. You'd think white men could get minority scholarships for blacks, but I don't think there has been a court case about racial stereotypes of the same type as gender stereotypes that the EEOC builds its rationale on (a Price Waterhouse case from 1989.)

I read one guys post where he suggested he could identify as a one hundred 65-year-old retired 5 star general, even though he's younger and has never been in the military, so he could draw all their pensions. If the government were consistent, I should be able to identify as a two-term senator and be able to get their medical benefits.

If a convicted felon identifies as someone who has never been convicted of a felony, should he be able to get out of jail based on how he identifies. There's one for you. If you get sent away to the big house, you could identify as a woman, a cross-dressing lesbian. That way, you could make a case that they put you in the women's prison. At least if you got raped, it could be potentially much less horrific.

If a convicted felon identifies as someone who has never been convicted of a felony, should they let him out? Or if a man commits a crime, shouldn't the court let the guy off if he suddenly identifies as a woman... just to be consistent.
