American Renaissance suing Twitter

Post by Cornfed »

AmRen is suing Twitter for deleting their accounts. There should be multiple people and organizations doing this. The only way they could lose is if the Jewdicary is so corrupt that the bad guys always win, and if so it is worth exposing that.

What grounds are they suing on? Even if they can get twitter characterized as a "public accommodation" under the Civil Rights Act, they aren't being discriminated against as one of the protected categories in the statute. As a religion? Very doubtful. On the basis of ethnic origin? Not if other white people remain on the site.

The two grounds mentioned in the video are that under a California court ruling free speech is permitted even in a privately owned space intended for public use and that Twitter unilaterally changed their rules after AmRen had joined under more permissive rules and incurred expense building up a following.

Interesting. I hadn't thought about the old free speech in company town line of cases. Wonder if that was a federal court or a California court interpreting the state constitution. And tortious interference with economic activity -- I like it. But don't get your hopes up in the Jewdiciary. It will take savvy venue shopping to find a sympathetic court.
