dont' get me wrong... yeah I like their songs but... I look at the world and... shit man it's f*cked like u wouldn't believe. They promoted drugs and... they said they were more popular than Jesus, I mean WTF, how can a rock band be more popular than 2000 year old religion?? They had a big affect on teenagers who became adults running the world... It's like everything started going to shit from the 1960s...

Yes they were a bad influence, especially after Paul McCartney was swapped with a double. Lennon was killed in 1980 by a CIA assassin - so it shows how much influence the Beatles had.

The assassination of JFK was a coup. That's when the 50s ended and what became known as the 60s and the counterculture began. The Beatles were on the Ed Sullivan show shortly after Kennedy was killed, which was a huge event at the time. Drugs, rock n roll, and free sex eventually were replaced by feminism and political correctness and the stifling conformity the US has today to go along with a dumbed down and ignorant population.

Did they change music or did they change the world? They popularized LSD, pot... before them drugs were unheard of... the ratty looking hippie look became 'cool' after the 60s... ...John Lennon was a radical feminist hippie hanging out with commies...

Why did the Beatles ever stop performing?

Check out this book that claims that they made a pact with Satan. Did you know that Lennon's assassin said he was possessed by demons and had to undergo an exorcism after the assassination? Pretty freaky huh?

Songs like yellow Submarine... Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds (LSD), they were about drugs.

Listen to Revolver or sgt Pepper... all about drugs.

Then John Lennon said they were more popular than Jesus....

Listen to music before the 60s and after the 60s.... rock music became ruder, nasty and dirty, not all of it, but a lot of it... like it became cool to say 'F you' to decency... and young people listen to it.

ok their music is fun, don't get me wrong but...

I think the america went to shit after the 1960s and... the Beatles shaped the 1960s. i like the Beatles but.. I have to be honest. ... Like Winston I'm a fearless truth seeker...

Interesting podcast episode on Crrow777 Radio about how the Beatles were part of a Tavistok social engineering program to degrade the masses and get them on LSD. So was Timothy Leary, who turned out to be a CIA agent.

In my view the Beatles are a construct created to execute psychological programming and break society for further inclusion into the so called NWO. The music is rife with subliminal messages and back masking designed to program your unconscious mind. By the way it worked like a “charm” and all if it has to do with death and Satanic/Luciferian values.

I think the Beatles were a bad influence. Like other posters have mentioned, they promoted drug use. But also, Lennon's song 'Imagine' promoted anti-God Communism.

Yes, the Beatles changed everything. The culture was still 1950s until the year 1964 when the Beatles came to America.

Plus Lennon was an idiot. I don't know why truthers claim that he was wise and intellectual and evolved. No wise person would say something like "the beatles are more popular than Jesus" and cause permanent damage to the whole band and cause many Americans to burn Beatles records. That was 100 percent unnecessary and stupid and self destructive and inconsiderate to the other 3 band members. No wise person would have done that. Nothing good came from that. Only bad came from it.

Didn't Elvis start the rock and roll in America before the Beatles arrived?

By 1964, Elvis had been tamed and was part of the same boring scene.

I don't know why people would look to entertainers for wisdom. A few might be wise. But why should anyone care more about the opinions of rock musician or a Hollywood actors than anyone else when it comes to topics like religion or politics? I suppose some of our musicians are our poets for our society, but lyrics for popular styles of music tend to be rather shallow. If half the lyrics in a rock or pop song are the word 'yeah', it's probably not chock full of wisdom.

Actually many Beatles songs contain metaphysical and esoteric and spiritual meanings. You just haven't learned how to decode them properly. This book does decode them. See below.

Beatles Enlightenment

Spiritually Transformative selections from The Memoirs of Billy Shears

Beatles Enlightenment builds on Billy's Back!, but takes you deeper psychologically, not only exposing the "Paul is Dead" meanings in "Let It Be," "Within You and Without You," “Across the Universe,” and “The Long and Winding Road,” but also revealing the emotional anguish and ultimate spiritual breakthroughs behind these and other songs.

This book contains selections from The Memoirs of Billy Shears that are too philosophical, or spiritually esoteric, for the general readership of Billy's Back! If you enjoy books by illuminaries such as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Ram Dass, or Marianne Williamson, you will love reading some of their favorite concepts behind Beatles songs.

When The Memoirs of Billy Shears began to be shared in 2009 and 2010, it became apparent that most readers were more interested in the details surrounding Paul's death and replacement than in the Beatles' philosophical breakthroughs. Furthermore, The Memoirs are too long for most readers. Giving the public what they want, Billy's Back! became the flagship, providing the information that was the highest in demand; and Beatles Enlightenment (although likewise packed with "Paul is Dead" clues, insights, and implications) became the vessel of their more spiritual contributions.

Paving the foundation for Beatles Enlightenment, we highly recommend that you first read Billy's Back! The painful introspection and joyous liberation reflected in Beatles Enlightenment will make more sense after you are sure of Paul McCartney's death and replacement, and after you understand the intense internal struggles that those circumstances caused "Paul" (William).

Beatles Enlightenment consists of the following from
The Memoirs of Billy Shears:

6. “Let it Be.”
29. Donovan
36. “Within You and Without You”
40. Two Pauls
47. “Sunday Bloody Sunday”
48. Thank You, Sunshine!
49. “Across the Universe”
50. “While My Guitar Gently Weeps”
54. All You Need Is Good Morning Love.
55. “Long, Long, Long”
56. Songs, Poems, and Paintings
58. “The Long and Winding Road”
60. “Lovely Linda”
65. Know The Difference.
66. The Talent Contest
