I think it's fair to say that any type of government could mass murder its people. Plus it's important to determine what actions are really just products of war.

Especially when it's subjects are unarmed, the most workable government system I have seen is our founding documents if they were updated and people got involved and understood how the system is supposed to work.

Dictatorships have proven to be the best rule because people really cannot govern themselves as a collective. America is proof of this, the other day I was talking to a gal about the way things were, she was homeless by the way and I told here we were conquered by the same forces who we fought in the revolutionary war to break free from and she did not know who that was so that about sums up a system where the people govern themselves and possess power over a ruling body.

Many Americans have been turned into mindless minions of the elites, easily swayed by propaganda, easily manipulated, care more about the gossip of celebrities than anything else, and are only interested in partying. Most girls are now into partying, celebrity gossip, and being on their iphones. Many of the trashy and gangster guys are more interested in partying, playing sports, sports news, and trying to act "cool" like a gangster. American culture is a culture of no culture. There might be tiny enclaves of cultures because it's called the "melting pot" but for the majority of Americans there is no culture (unless you count hedonism, promiscuity, and ghetto behavior as a culture).

Most Americans rank the worst in geography. Anyone with any intelligence could take time to learn and memorize the locations of different countries with relative ease. Memorizing different states, provinces, and capitals would become more difficult. Many Americans can't place a country on the map.

A great country would encourage education, morality, and uphold a strong culture. Every leader that wants their country to be great needs their people to be great. People build up the country that the leader rules. A leader wouldn't be in power without their people and people would only defend a leader they support.

The majority of Americans do not support American leadership. How many people would be willing to fight for American leadership? American leadership maintains it's power through propaganda, lies, crushing protests, the police force, fear, imprisonment, and controlling the media. However, it's more likely that the elites pull the strings of the government and the mainstream media is the propaganda machine of the elites that run the show.

From my light research I have come to the same conclusion, One of the major reasons American's are so gullible about the world and world geography is because the elite specifically want Americans to be ill informed so they can use the technology the USA has developed over the last 50 years to conquer any challengers. People around the world are figuring the con out and the oligarchs have a big problem, the net has seriously upset their applecart. My prediction is they are once again going to try and build a super idiot police force but this one will be of the likes that nobody has ever seen. I just recently saw this in action my self when the Monsanto march was in town, I read where Monsanto was going to have their own police goons at all the marches and they did at the march I went to, these guy's looked really dumb just from viewing and way below in professionalism compared to your normal cops but they were there to make a police presence felt.

1) The Roman Empire collapsed for the same reasons every OTHER empire (too big to be taken over from the outside or destroyed by natural disaster) in history has collapsed == over expansion, over regulation & taxation, internal corruption. For some, it became preferable to live with the "barbarians".
There's no shortage of books detailing it.

2) Democracies are unstable, because people will eventually votes themselves other peoples money.
Republics are more stable, but ANY form of gov goes to hell when criminals gain hold of it.

A republic -- is what Rome was before it became an empire. America, too.
